Very professional and helpful. I asked for an unusual service, a Medallion Stamp, which is not their primary offering. After having multiple requests ignored by businesses in my own country i reached further afield and Fraser & Fraser responded promptly and very efficiently provided me with exactly what was required. Sally Morgan was a pleasure to deal with and is a credit to the organisation.

I was contacted by Fraser and Fraser and a number of similar companies after a distant relative passed away intestate. Each said that they would represent my interests in gaining my share of the estate, but while some of the others actually offered a cheaper service, I was struck by F&F's professionalism from the outset and chose to instruct them. The main thing I would say is that they did everything they said they would do - there were no extra costs and the timeline of around 18 months was spot on. They were responsive to any queries - although there weren't many as at all times I was confident that they were working on my behalf in the background. I would certainly recommend to anyone in similar cicrumstances.

Brain reached out to me about an estate that was left to me which I had no idea about. It was then transferred to Billie to distribute my share to myself, throughout the whole process Billie has kept me informed and updated at every point. We had 1 delay which Billie notified me about within the hour!! As soon as confirmation was received that the delay had been resolved Billie had the funds in my bank the same day.

They where very good my brother passed away in 2010 and they found me last year they where very good letting me know about my inheritance and so good explaining it all to me big thanks to them all

Fraser and Fraser got in touch with my sister and myself. If they had not have done we would not have known we were heirs. The process was handled by them in a professional and timely manner. We had little to do, they took care of everything and kept us informed along the way. Many thanks to their team.

I attended an online seminar given by Fraser and Fraser on deprivation of liberty Safeguards in respect of the sale of a property which was very good

When i ask for an update of a promise given to me in february, I get the information, how important it is for the family Fraser to sail arround Sardinia. This might be the case, but is that real business?

An unexpected surprise to be approached by F&F and sensative to information of the passing of a family member even though I didn’t know who they were. Excellent communication, quick to respond to emails/queries. Interesting to have an in depth family background. Quick and simple to do, hardly any involvement needed from myself, all done by F&F. Frazer and Frazer have been so lovely every step of the way. Having the family tree is very useful as we are doing our family history atm. The money has come in very useful ( obviously not in the nicest of circumstances). would recommend them for their customer service.

Very good communication, easy to complete paperwork, given the nature of the work it was timely and trouble free for myself. Only issue is I received a cheque after providing bank details, not the end of the world, but it does mean a journey to the bank I did not need to have as I work office hours and the bank is closed outside of these times.

I was contacted by Fraser & Fraser after the death of a second cousin and advised that I was a beneficiary of his estate. Without their contact I would never have known of his existence.
The process that followed was very complicated due to the amount of heirs and the fact that many of them also lived pretty much all over the world.
Fraser & Fraser were very realistic with their estimation of the timescale of this process (18 months) and kept me fully informed during every step. They also provided me with a family tree which I found very interesting and has enabled me to contact relatives I never knew I had.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending Fraser & Fraser to anyone embarking on a similar process. Their knowledge and professionalism in guiding me through this whole process was excellent.
