Finally the right team in our corner!

Before Free Agency we were running on two or three lead sources and praying none of them stopped working. When one did, we had no backup plan. That's the position they pulled us out of. They opened up channels we'd never tried and most started driving business almost immediately.

The relationship itself is what keeps us here though. Our fractional CMO isn't a vendor checking in once a month. She's in it with us, week after week. She knows our goals and how we think. They also manage our other marketing vendors and hold them accountable, which was a job nobody on our team had time to do right.

If you're a business owner who's been burned by agencies before, this is a different model entirely.

We’ve worked with different marketing companies over the years, and Free Agency stands out because they actually take the time to understand your business before making recommendations. They’re strategic, data-driven, and focused on getting the best ROAS possible instead of just pushing ad spend.

The communication has been great, the process is organized, and they’ve done a good job tailoring a marketing plan specifically for our company and goals. Definitely feels more like a business partner than just another agency.
