Wow absolutely an amazing price and got delivered in 2 days ,would definitely recommend as some sum up machine where very expensive.

Totally Rubbish - after two weeks of waiting for an order...."Your order has been cancelled!"

1 star Becaauseee ORDERED CARD READER TWO WEEKS AGO NO DELIVERY NO REPLIES SCAM!

The card reader arrived in good time. Packaging was excellent. Fantastic deal price wise too.
Setting it up was a challenge. It took me (with the help of a family member) 1/12 hours to work out how to set up my account!
That said, we managed and it works fine now.

I’m still waiting for my order. And no one can answer a email

Hasn’t been delivered yet.

I ordered 4 card readers on the 2nd. Was advised 2 to 3 working days for delivery. I have had no response to my emails or queries and no card readers have arrived it is now 20th. My concern now is that the sale was a scam and the community group that these were purchased for have lost valuable funds. Not happy to say the least.

Item faulty and not useable despite several attempts and chat calls.Sent e mail at weekend for details to return it and no response so far.Not happy with item and terrible service from supplier!.DISGUSTED.

My order never arrived

A prompt service which after some research resulted in our organisation purchasing a Sum-Up machine suitable for our purposes. The product is excelllent.

the machine was dispatched but one week later has not been delivered (the web site said 2 to 3 days working day delivery). We also have no tracking number to check on the PO website for progress on delivery. Also unfortunately emails have not been responded to when we've enquired as to where the package might be

So very easy to set up and pair to my iPhone, something I was worried about being a non techie. Easy to use live in front of customer. Prompt payouts …. this is the way forward to portable payments for small independent home crafters selling their products.

Only problem i faced when i tried connecting with customers services on multiple occasions , had no reply but I found number on Google and I tried that spoke to lady and she promised she will phone back and she did and even provided me with tracking number , also delivery was on time.
It takes 3 working days to reach payments to retailer so your order will be processed after they receive payment.
So even when it says deliver within 2 to 3 working days it doesn't start until clear payment.
So every order will take over week to come by post.
Over all good experience and probably will shop again here

I paid for the card machine on 21st September, it’s now 29th September & still I haven’t received the card machine.
I received an email to say it had been posted but there was no tracking number as promised ? Today I received a Sum up card which I didn’t order, it came from Poland ?
The Freecard machine.co.uk information says they’re based in Manchester so why have I received a card from Poland. I’ve sent two emails enquiring where my card reader is & have heard nothing back.
I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

it was a terrible experience

It didn’t arrive, sent 6emails telling your company it haven’t arrived, still waiting for refund or replacement, would not recommend your company.
