IF YOU DON'T TRY you will never know…

Only problem i faced when i tried connecting with customers services on multiple occasions , had no reply but I found number on Google and I tried that spoke to lady and she promised she will phone back and she did and even provided me with tracking number , also delivery was on time.
It takes 3 working days to reach payments to retailer so your order will be processed after they receive payment.
So even when it says deliver within 2 to 3 working days it doesn't start until clear payment.
So every order will take over week to come by post.
Over all good experience and probably will shop again here

Very poor.

I paid for the card machine on 21st September, it’s now 29th September & still I haven’t received the card machine.
I received an email to say it had been posted but there was no tracking number as promised ? Today I received a Sum up card which I didn’t order, it came from Poland ?
The Freecard machine.co.uk information says they’re based in Manchester so why have I received a card from Poland. I’ve sent two emails enquiring where my card reader is & have heard nothing back.
I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

It didn’t arrive

It didn’t arrive, sent 6emails telling your company it haven’t arrived, still waiting for refund or replacement, would not recommend your company.

I am still waiting on my delivery…

I am still waiting on my delivery after 7 days, considering it was supposed to be 2-3 working days. I have phoned and been put on hold but then told they would phone me back as they cant find the order. To which they didn't phone me back, so I phoned a few hours later and they still insisted on phoning me back. (No phone call received, surprise surprise!). No tracking email for Royal Mail like was said in the initial email, so still no idea where my package is.

I bought this machine as I was having…

I bought this machine as I was having so much trouble with my old one I was afraid I was going to loose buissness, since I started to use the new machine it's work very well every time and payments cleared in the bank within 24 hrs
