safe platform!!!
very good and certainly a platform with direct AND telephone service.
the only objective thing I have to note in the negatives are the high fees both in withdrawals (7 euros is a lot to withdraw a small amount) and in the investment fee. if I may, I would advise that it be a percentage of a percent and not a fixed one.

Just an opinion
I don't like the fees for each transaction, we are not rich to invest in big volumes, come on be serious, you are losing customers.
Sometimes the charts do not display the correct prices or spikes are observed, please, it is not that hard to fix.
I like that I feel that my money is secured in the platform, that the support is responsive and that there are many choices to invest in, like greek stocks.
You promised a card for the D account, implement it.

I am very satisfied with Feedom 24. The only thing is that if there is an error or problem, customers should also report it. When I entered the portfolio on the weekend of 16.02.2025, my account had a negative balance and the shares were gone. Such situations can end badly if you are in poor health.

You can transfer in several currencies but you can pay out only in EUR, which can make you loose a lot of money.
Reply to reply - the support was a drama, they couldn't provide any solution for paying out money in USD.

Many things anoying
Many things annoying - technical problems off the app, support do not came back with the answer they promised, still can’t buy some european ETF and ETP, while support says some technical problems, nobody knows how long it will last. And at the end, it’s very expensive platform. If I knew all above, I didn’t choose F24 platform.

Trustworthy, good for making options and for buying stocks.
The browser version on pc, is a lot better for trading, than the app. But thats the only downside :)

The App is very easy and good
The App is very easy and good. But, I think I need more details about the stocks such as more latest news. Also, many times there are news for some stocks from the freedom team such as articles and analysis but at the same time not exist any reference for that in the menu details stock. I think it’s a good idea you add this info there. Also, a good idea is less fees. And a good cooperation with a bank in order less fee money transfer.
Also, it is very important every account to connect with a card in the future.
