server not renewing anytime...
what type of server hosting site is this...whenvever i click on the buton watch add and renew server it never loads add and the server does not gets renewed for which me and my member get irritated a lot my add blocker is also disabled but still it does not load any add...please fix it asa fast as you could because within 2 days a great event has to be organised in my smp...nor the normal renewal works.. so please solve it as fast as you could

Extended renewing for ads is not always going to work as ads may not be consistently available to all users. You can use the normal renew which does not require ads to renew your server.

Today my server got removed
Today my server got removed. The problem is that I got ZERO warnings that my server is/was about to get deleted FOR THE SECOND TIME... Definitely not using this host ever again.

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience. We do send multiple warnings a week before server termination unless users opt out of email notifications. In our next update, warnings will be sent regardless of email settings to prevent any future misunderstandings.
You get banned for nothing and lose your worlds
So basically I was banned for nothing they just popped up to my screen when i logged in and they are saying that i am multi-accounting but i am not. they didnt answer my support ticket

But the only downside are that there is no admin or a way to cheaters like someone used x-ray to get full diamond and other just stole everything and it is very laggy we died many times for it so atleast please make me adminnof my own server

Randomly deleted a server with a lot of progress
Randomly deleted a 2 month server with a lot progress with my 4 friends. Never using this crappy server host that clearly doesn't care at all about it's customers. Main problem is definitely that there is no warning system when your server is about to get deleted. I'll switch back to falix i guess because they at least care about their customer's server.

The best free server hoster, WAY better than Aternos.
Amazing service and i love the fact that you have freedom to install ANY plugin, just like paid services. Coudln't ask more! As long as they keep this feature im gonna use this server hoster EVERY DAY. The fact that you have to renew it kinda sucks but honestly its a free plan, so it's fine.

The best free hosting
Really good hosting, has ftp, unlike aternos you can actually use any plugin/mod you want, even custom plugins. Installing plugins is done through ftp, so they can't say what plugins you can install and what plugins you can't install. So it is a pretty good server hosting platform.
