Photos never arrived (Ordered 9 days ago)
I did try and check the tracking and it said it was sent last Thursday (5 days ago) but via Royal Mail and no tracking ?!? LOL
I also tried to contact them via the email address provided with my order but received an undeliverable. Will keep trying to get the photos or my money back.
Update: They want me to send an email but never provided an email address! Freesnaps if you see this message kindly confirm email address!

Didnt get next day delivery so I requested refund from PayPal which I got but if I need to pay for the prints I will but not the postage. I ordered thurs and got sunday late afternoon, that is not next day delivery.

Next day delivery and a week later my print is due the tracking is showing, I have emailed about this before now with no reply as this was bought as a present for a birthday which has now passed and no sign of print. Poor communication and service when states next day.

I paid the extra fee to get next day…
I paid the extra fee to get next day delivery for my Mum’s 90th birthday but the photos didn’t arrive until 6pm two days later. I complained to Freesnaps & they basically told me it was my fault & I should read the small print. I, in turn, suggested it was morally if not legally wrong to take money for a service you knew you couldn’t deliver. They’ve not refunded my money, nor have they responded to my second email. I’m not impressed and won’t use them again
