I paid the extra fee to get next day…
I paid the extra fee to get next day delivery for my Mum’s 90th birthday but the photos didn’t arrive until 6pm two days later. I complained to Freesnaps & they basically told me it was my fault & I should read the small print. I, in turn, suggested it was morally if not legally wrong to take money for a service you knew you couldn’t deliver. They’ve not refunded my money, nor have they responded to my second email. I’m not impressed and won’t use them again

The photos were good quality in general, one or two needed twerking a bit to get better clarity but apart from that all good.
Didn't take long to come and very reasonably priced.

The photos are not particularly well printed. The colours are a little off and they are certainly not as glossy as others I have had printed by other companies.

Unreliable and poor delivery
I paid extra for a faster delivery date - not only was it four days later than promised, but my print was delivered in an opened package, and it was wrinkled and creased. Awful service.

The photos we ordered were exactly what…
The photos we ordered were exactly what we expected and the print quality was excellent. Everything arrived well packaged and the finished product looked great.
The only downside was that the delivery was delayed by around a week, which was a little disappointing. However, aside from that, the overall experience was very positive. The service is good, the prices are reasonable, and the quality of the products is excellent.
I would happily use them again and would recommend them to others looking for quality photo prints at a fair price.

Arrived way to late
Order was dispatched but didn't arrive in time. Paid for next day delivery early on Thursday morning, parcel didnt arrive until Saturday evening after we had left for my Son's 18th birthday party ... which is what the photos were supposed to be for. Given 2 stars as nothing wrong with the prints just didnt get the service i paid for and no longer have a need for 60 prints!. Have requested a refund for the delivery charge!
