They did exactly what they said they would. I got a quote, was sent a pack within days, they told me they'd received the ipad, they confirmed the payment, and it was in my account. Very happy with the service and have recommended them to a friend.

Brilliant service, from first registering to receiving a cheque was three days, can't fault it and have already recommended this to other people.

My only reservation is that you could include proper packaging with bubble wrapping etc. I had to purchase the bubble wrap myself.

Not a big deal, but sending a bubble wrapped envelope to the client would earn you an upgrade from a 4 star to a 5 star rating !

Received the postage pack the next day, sent it off and the following day I had the money in my account by evening. 100% recommend. The company kept to there original web offer. I posted the package and within 2 days the money was in my account.

My ipad was faulty but they dealt with the issue very well always trying to help me at each step of the way. I sent it back, got a refund including for postage and I bought another one from them which works fine.

Delivered on time, product pretty much looks like new, works beautifully, no problems at all. Only thing is I was expecting a proper charger but I only got the usb cable, I don't find that a problem as I had a spare usb plug anyway. Aside from that I am more than happy.

We were looking for an iPad for our son and my husband found the Freestyll site. I was dubious at first as I had never heard of them, and the prices seemed to be too good to be true. Did a bit of digging, had all good reviews and the fact that I could pay via Paypal was good.
We found an iPad 4th gen for £189 on the site so ordered that, it came the very next day and it was in excellent condition, in fact it showed no signs of previous use, so our son was delighted with it. Also came with a USB cable. Only tiny niggle was that the plug wasn't included but we already had iPad plugs so not really a problem.
