The platform is Good but not Enough
The platform is good but not enough, I have subscribed to a standard plan and expected I will get a good stock analytics and support but to my dismay, the other platform that I used before is much better when it comes to analytics. I am still not leaving freetrade because I already started my S&S ISA in their platform, but hopefully they will provide more extensive stock analytics and support.
But overall, the platform offers a variety of stuff where you can invest your money and I like the ready made portfolio.
Hopefully they will launch copy trading or copy portfolio soon.

Easy to use, but data too basic
Its easy to use and good value, however its difficult to manipulate data in a useful way and somw elements seem to have been half introduced and given up on so there is information of questionable value.
Easier to use than most similar apps, but almoat impossible to do anything useful within the app in terms of bespoke tracking.

I like this app as it is easy to use
I like this app as it is easy to use, pays interest on cash in my account, transactions are quick. Any enquiries I've made get a quick and helpful response. Only downside I've encountered was I wanted to buy some stock that was not available on the app. Also I've encountered problems moving cash from my general account into my ISA account.

June and still waiting...
I first contacted Freetrade at the start of June to help transfer a junior ISA. Despite a large number of messages back and forth and me occasionally following up to see if this has been done or a definitive answer on how we do it, we are still waiting for the transfer to happen. Really bad experience. The worse part it's a transfer from one Freetrade account to another.

I won’t lie when I first transferred my…
I won’t lie when I first transferred my older pension which wasn’t working well, I was a bit list but managed to find a couple of simple funds to invest in which has saved me in fees as well as based on performance better growth dispite the fluctuations that have happened this year.
There are many breakdown which I won’t say I am completely on top of but offers a way to see & investigate how it compares with other options, noting some can spread & manage it all in individual pots something I’m not quite ready for but regardless it starts to open up the information so you have the options

I have to pay over £900 in CG tax…
I have to pay over £900 in CG tax because they put my funds in a GIA instead of an ISA… no reasonable person would invest £20k in a GIA if they’ve been given an option of an ISA. The complaints and support team were absolutely useless
