One of my items arrived damaged, but my email was answered swiftly and a replacement sent out without delay. Excellent and friendly customer service.
Still new to the Bone Broth world, but so far loving it!!!

Bone broth shake is delicious and the first protein I’ve found that my gut can tolerate! Fantastic product and brilliant customer service! When I ordered the wrong product in error Emilie responded really quickly and dealt with the issue brilliantly! Great company great product!

I placed an order and before it could ship, I changed my mind and wanted to alter it. One minor problem? It was a weekend. Anyway I sent my email to support with a change request, never expecting to hear. Monday my order shipped - the changes I had requested were effected in the shipping. No drama with up and down email traffic. This is stellar customer experience -- seamless, no bazillions of emails. They read my mail, they actioned my request, they emailed to confirm if I was happy with everything.

All I can say - more orders forthcoming. Such a pleasure to deal with Freja foods who I hope preserve this service ethos as they grow.

Good products but even better customer service from Stuart! Stuart has given me 5-star customer service that is simply unforgettable. I felt panicked when the courier delivered my parcel (which was a sizeable order) to the wrong address and it could not be located. When I raised this with Stuart, he verified my due diligence efforts (to locate the parcel) with me then immediately proceeded to ship out the same order as my replacement. He provided me updates on the shipment (when I can expect it etc) and provided the tracking number. He also provided me with very interesting information on how the product is produced in a very natural way that takes health as the number one priority. I have been on a train where people have asked me about my Freja drink and expressed interest to order some - now I have more selling points to share because of Stuart! I used to order Freja from Amazon (my husband and I have ordered multiple boxes for years dating back to Covid days), but now I will order directly from the website because of the excellent customer service. In a world of chatbots, it is so refreshing and warming to have a considerate and responsive human like Stuart! He is a gem! I will definitely order again knowing I am in good hands.

Repeated efforts to communicate via their contact link gives zero response, despite being bombarded with constant emails about their products. I had a bad experience with an order last year, which I simply could not address because it seems impossible to actually have a conversation with anyone. I am also not impressed they do not offer organic and free range bone broths

I’m huge in quality and I must say these guys did phenomenal job quality is exceptional it’s literally exquisite from a to z the packaging the flavour everything the way they deliver and price is amazing and the discounts they offer.Im not buying any other collagen since I tried freaks bone broth I mainly buy beef one and I recently tried shake version which is another favourite of mine divine products wow thank you you did great !

Wow! I am completely blown away by how good this tastes! I bought a sample pack as I've tried collagen protein before and not been able to stomach it. Will certainly be buying a full size pack!

Well that’s blimmen delicious! Just received my order of Chocolate flavoured bone broth shake and I can honestly say I could drink that unendingly! I’ll wait to see if I notice any major benefits, but for now I’m totally sold! So yummy!

I am a frequent purchaser of both the chicken and vegan varieties. They have become a staple food and provide an excellent base for soups etc. Clean tasting and can be stored without refrigeration. Deliveries arrive promptly.

As a sports mad person, these products are absolutely perfect. My favourite is the chicken flavoured bone broth but have just ordered the shakes! Can't recommend this stuff enough. Each product they launch just seems to get better and tastier!

I have been on touch with customer services twice and both times their response is quick and helpful. It seems nothing is too much trouble. I rarity these days. I will continue to buy the bone broth because it's delicious but also the company are brilliant to deal with.

Ordered a mix of broths a few weeks ago and hadn’t used yet. I got really Ill with Covid and these are all I can eat just now. They are a life saver. They are keeping me going in what I hope won’t be much longer!! But so glad I had them in the cupboard. Beef especially makes me feel I am getting some goodness in me when I am unable to eat. So thank you!! Really needed a review!

Awful taste hard to dissolve not as good as other brands

I have used Freja’s bottled bone broth and now using the powders. Happy so far!
I ordered NDD which accidentally got sent out on a standard shipping and Stuart rectified quickly! Thank you for great service!
