Non existent customer service. No way of contacting them except by email. Deliberately vague. Have had issues with most orders. Promises delivery but doesn't. Have cancelled my subscription and have instead ordered from Hunter Gatherer who have a much better reputation and premium products.

I m not a meat lover but wanted to give bone broth a try after hearing of the health benefits. The shakes are a perfect alternative if you don’t like the idea of meat and boy they taste good! Absolutely yummy! They also seem to make a difference to my skin and my osteoarthritis

Absolutely love beef broth helps a lot with my IBS and also noticed my skin looks better and I love the taste customer service is brilliant too

I have worked my way through several different brands and types of protein powder over the years and have been disappointed with EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. I can't tolerate whey; pea protein just tastes gross and powdery; chemical sweeteners are a no-no as is stevia and i dont want super processed crap. I've just bought Freja's unflavoured bone broth protein powder and the vanilla shake and OH MY ACTUAL DAYS, they are bloody lovely. Seriously smooth and creamy, no yucky after taste with either of them, and the unflavoured packs a mean protein punch! Im adding it to my overnight oats/chia puddings/shakes/pancakes. LOVE IT!! The carton bone broth I had was incredible. But storage wise doesn't make sense for me. So I ordered a big batch of the sachets
They are really very displeasing and definitely nothing in comparison.

Delicious and even more so when you know how good it is for you ❤️ carrot 🥕 and Coriander soup is my favorite recipe.

I have a hard time getting enough protein each day because I don’t have a big appetite (it would take 5-6eggs in the morning to get 30g of protein!) So I use the bone broth shake in my morning smoothie, the nutritional powder in literally anything that is saucy/soupy/stewy, and then I will sip on the bone broth throughout the day. It’s made it so much easier to get protein without having to eat massive amounts of food. And it’s all really delicious! The nutritional powder truly has no taste so you can add it into anything. Give it some time to mix in, and don’t be worried if it globs up a bit at first. It will settle in with some time and mixing. Highly recommend all of their products!

Not only is this a fantastic tasty product. Customer service is quick and friendly.
I buy the shakes and the sachets of bone broth for a warm drink on my break at work. They are so quick and warming.
I make my overnight oats with the shakes . It adds a deeper flavor which I love.

Delivery was very fast.

Protein powder is excellent. Our favourite is the unflavoured and we use in yoghurt and smoothies.

Shipping .... Freja need to look at how they ship the protein powder. Shipping in TWO boxes is a complete waste. When I provided them with constructive feedback they said this product was shipped this way due to the "fragility of product and ensure arriving without damage." Maybe they don't know their products very well ... they are stored in a plastic pouch which is pretty robust! Hopefully they revisit their approach and look to ship in one box not two as a minimum!

Efficient service and delicious bone broth

Ordering is a breeze, and customer service is top notch. Delivery is prompt and I just love the product. My fav is the chicken. So nutritious, and as comforting as a hug. I try to drink a cup everyday as part of my self care. Try it you just may love it

Aside from the standard email acknowledgement, which is routine I imagine, once they responded to me directly they were very helpful and processed another order and I received this within 2/3 days and they were kind enough to put extra single sachets with my order. Ellie was super helpful and it was appreciated.

Dpd were the issue I believe or the post office, who knows, initially it was long with them both but once I got through to Freya it was much smoother.

The chocolate and vanilla shakes are really tasty. I made a yummy hot chocolate after a very cold Saturday walk. I was so impressed that I ordered another batch. The vanilla is really nice in greek yoghurt. Looking forward to trying some of the other products.

Great products which are easy to use and taste great. Had an issue with my delivery which was dealt with promptly. Having tried other great bone broth brands, Freja is now my preferred choice going forward.

Never ordering again, on my order it said next day delivery if I ordered in 4 hours clearly a marketing pitch. As later on ( once you paid it then says up to 3 days) but either so I've still not received my order and getting hold of them is a joke, no contact number just an email which we all know is a cope out and I've still not had a reply. Joke of a company I advise you use someone else.

I ordered (#116513) a large batch of broth from Freja which was supposed to be delivered 07.01.25, but the DPD driver did not deliver my package and it is now missing.

I contacted Freja customer service who quickly got back to me and were very helpful. They kindly offered to replace the order. I have now received the replacement.

I originally bought the cartons of chicken bone broth as I’d been really poorly with flu. It tasted SO scrummy, my body loved it. It was as though my body sighed !!
I then tried it in a different form which I didn’t enjoy so much and Freja were amazing and generously replaced it with
no extra charge.

Order never arrived. Been trying to contact them for days, no response
