Judith Huibregtse El worked tirelessly to sell our home in France. She collaborated with us to organize home inspections, home clean-outs, even removing a car from a garage. None of these tasks fall under normal selling a home, but she did them flawlessly. We can never thank her enough.

Judith Huibregtse recently closed the sale of our family’s real property in Hyeres. We wish to commend the personalized service that Judith provided throughout the negotiation and escrow processes. Her efforts made it possible for the family to market the property that represented the ultimate lifetime achievement of our parents, both of whom are now deceased, in a manner befitting our emotional connection to it. Judith went above and beyond anyone’s expectations with some aspects of the sale such as facilitating the disposal of a non-operative car on the property and overseeing the preparation of the house and grounds before placing the property on the market. Judith’s skills in communicating across the language barriers and her patience with our concerns are especially commendable. Without her aid we would have been helpless in the face of the mountain of unfamiliar regulations and requirements. We were not physically capable of travel to France but her patience and kind understanding have culminated in the realization of a reasonable selling price without requiring undue psychological and physical effort on our part.

She made us feel like we were her only client and even though she was busy she always made the time. She sorted our problems, put us at ease, was always positive and made the process seem logical rather than tedious. Emma Mann is an absolute credit to the Leggett name.
