Where do i start!, our local representatives Kate & Sylvie have worked tirelessly to get our sale over the line recently. From being messed about by potential buyers who dragged it out for months to finding another buyer and seeing it through to completion they have been exceptional.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Leggett Immobilier and Kate & Sylvie to anyone wishing to sell their property.

Alison was amazing from start to finish, always at hand to answer our questions and offering advice and guidance throughout the purchase process. I would definitely recommend her as an agent when purchasing in the Lot Garonne. She has a lovely, kind demeanour and not overbearing like many of the other agents we encountered.

We had moved permanently from South Africa three months before meeting Gillian Annesley. We had viewed over 25 properties and were becoming despondent. What made Gillian different from the many other agents that we had met with was that she really listened to us, when we discussed what we were looking for and was completely open and honest about our expectations and available properties. She showed us a house in Azille that we thought had potential but were not sure. Gillian sourced an architect/builder to give us an idea of what renovations were possible. But still we were not sure. It was then she encouraged us to see a house we had dismissed on paper. And we are so pleased we listened to her. It turned out to be our dream home. She worked hard to ensure that a fair, accurate price was agreed on which resulted in happy sellers/happy buyers. But her input and support didn't stop there. New to the country and french language, she held our hands through all the paperwork and was always available to help with any questions - however stupid or time of night! Once the sale had gone through she continued to be an integral part of our lives. She put us in touch with a local builder and helped us get to know the area and how things worked. Gillian enjoys what she does and is prepared to "walk the extra mile" for her clients. I would highly recommend her.

Vanessa Gray was the agent we used to purchase a property recently near to Saint Meard de Gurcon. Natasja Kovacs was extremely helpful and friendly in what was a difficult situation, she always responded quickly to emails and I had every confidence in her professionalism. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling in France.

My local Leggett agent is about as useful as a chocolate teapot... he's managed to generate the grand total of 1 viewing since we put the house on the market in December and it turns out that the couple aren't even in a position to proceed until September so clearly they weren't properly qualified in the first place. My agent seldom replies to emails or whatsapp messages either - it usually takes 3 or 4 messages or emails to generate a reply which is pretty unprofessional in my opinion and extremely annoying. I just visited Leggett's website to give their head office a call and the 0870 number that they claim to be a local rate number is in fact a premium rate number! All in all, I feel that Leggett is a pretty useless agency and I would recommend using another agent or website where possible.

Adriana was absolutely superb. She helped in every way she could with making sure the sale was as easy process. Any complications were handled fast and effectively and she was always cheery and thoughtful.
