The service I received was amazing and they were so helpful explaining how to use the product and even went out there way to come out to me and show me how to use it outstanding. Definitely recommend to buy from.

On a positive note they email asking how you want the contacts named for the pager service. It would be good to know prior to purchase that this service is carried out as there is no mention in the adverts. The company is let down by poor delivery experience from thier delivery company offering no timed periods wasting a day for an item that took nearly 12 hrs from its on its way and delivered a day later then originally claimed. Should of used DPD 2 or time slot.

The delivery was cancelled and being sent back to you. I was unaware that there would be a $572.00 tariff tax added on to the price. My accountant team will be following the steps for a refund.

When my 12-year-old son started experiencing nocturnal seizures, I purchased the Wireless Convulsion Sensor Mat & Pager Set. However, due to his weight, the standard sensor box struggled to detect his seizures accurately. I reached out to Frequency Precision, and their team responded immediately with expert advice, recommending a more suitable control unit. They shipped it out the same day, and it arrived the next morning.

I had also tested other seizure monitors, but they frequently triggered false alarms. In contrast, this monitor worked flawlessly once we received the updated digital control box tailored to my son's needs.

Product massively overpriced and then charged £12 for P&P for 2 moulded pager covers. Total cost for 2 x pager cover £48 ! Rip off.
