Customer service with Donat was first-rate, attending to an account issue. Prompt attention and issue resolved with clear communication.

Butrint was very helpful when my FRESHA account suddenly wouldn’t process my appointment deposits. He helped rule out potential issues before closing off the case. He always signed off every email with if this doesn’t work let me know and we’ll look into another outcome. This ensured me that although it’s only online assistance there’s still a level of care

just signed up to use Fresha and Atlin was very helpful with my query. I was stuck in sorting out my location for hours, then i chatted with Atlin and it was fixed within afew minutes. Thank you Atlin.
