Issues logging onto app.

I was unable to log on to my Fresha app so I contacted online customer service.
I was helped by Berlinda and I cannot express how fabulous she was.
Berlinda was efficient, super helpful, friendly and patient.
Berlinda resolved my issue quickly.
Fresha are very fortunate to have a customer service agent like Berlinda on their team.
