Quick dispatch, damaged tin.
Quick dispatch and reasonable price; but the tin was dented and had leaked badly. The packaging was not damaged so this must have happened before the tin was packed. The paint was ok; but the tin required a lot of cleaning before I could use it.

Next day express delivery paid for yet 3 days on and my paint hasn’t even been dispatched. 3 emails sent and not one reply or even an email acknowledgment from company. Feels like I have been scammed.

Good selection of products
Easy to order online & paid extra for items to be delivered next day.
I placed my order on a Sunday but it didn't arrive until Tuesday!
I'm wondering if I missed the information stating all Sunday orders, including next day, will not arrive until Tuesday.
I still think the ordering process is good & would use company again in the future.
But I would not choose to pay extra for next day delivery!
