I have been an avid consumer of the Midweek Feels letter for over a year now. My mom recently moved to a new state and I wasn't able to take her out for our traditional Mother's Day brunch, but I was so happy to be able to send her the perfect gift in replacement- flowers from Fresh Sends with a sweet and fun card. I ordered a few weeks in advanced and the day the flowers were delivered I recieved an email notice from them. That was super helpful since I wanted to give my mom a heads up that there was a gift in her apartment lobby. She couldn't find the flowers at first and I contacted Fresh Sends in a panic to check on the status. Even though it was the busiest day of the year for them, I recieved a very prompt and personal response. My mother found the flowers and I forgot to respond, and they sent a follow-up email to check in which I though was in good taste.

Although these flowers are expensive and you are definitely buying them in part for their branding (which is adorable), I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to make someone's day extra special.

Fresh Sends is my go to for flowers! I ordered flowers for my mother in law and they were delayed in getting to her before she went out of town. I reached out to customer service and they immediately responded and arranged for a new bouquet to be delivered to her. Overall great experience with them!

FreshSends offers super modern floral arrangements to old-school twist to love language of giving flowers. Amazing customer service, accommodating, kind and informative. At the end of the day they are humans just bring humans happiness one stem at a time! :)

Seriously the best flower delivery! First off, the bouquets are STUNNING. The packaging is adorable, and the process/delivery is so easy. Not only that, but the selection of cards to send with the bouquet is unmatched. My friend’s grandfather passed away & I was able to choose a “praying for you” card which just made it so much more meaningful. And to top it all off, they wrap the bouquet in a super cute newspaper-like paper with an encouraging message. The one to my friend said “brighter days ahead” which was so fitting for the situation and made it even more thoughtful. I will only use Fresh Sends for flower delivery now!!

Just ordered some flowers for my besties birthday! Can’t wait till she gets them. They also throw in a greeting card, they have so many cute ones to pick from! I had forgotten to write a message on the card reached out to them and they were super helpful!

I was looking for flowers to be delivered for my dear friend in NYC and I am so glad that I found them on TikTok. My friend loved it so much. Way better than those commercialized FTD(Flowers To Deliver). I will be sending more bouquets for my lovelies! Thank you, Fresh Sends!

Fresh Sends never fails to send the most iconic bouquets, have the most generous service, and provide uplift to their customers day after day. I had a bouquet that got stuck in transit due to weather and fresh sends sent a new bouquet right away, and offered great service. Truly impressed by their turn around even through the delivery service trouble.

Didn’t get my flowers

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend to be delivered to her while I was out of the country for Valentine’s Day and our one year anniversary. I chose February 18th as it was the websites earliest option to get the flowers out. On the 17th when I went to check on the shipping it said they weren’t going out until the 24th. Customer service told me I must’ve made a mistake on my end but I distinctly remember choosing the 18th since I would arrive back home on the 21st and could just give her flowers in person. I’ve been so excited to try fresh sends since I found their company and even have reached out to create content. I hope to have a better experience in the future with them.

Love fresh sends so much. The branding is as incredible as the arrangements are. I had some order issues (my fault- typed in the wrong address) and they were so helpful giving me options to fix the situation.
