5 years of work together

My main nickname 'Sizor'. My very first song was released with FreshTunes in 2020. Almost 5 years ago. Until now we're doing great. Personal support. Pitching. Payment. Everythings fine. What else could I ask for?
There is some troubles with YouTube music. I hope it will be resolved someday.

Helped me get unblocked from support

After contacting FreshTunes support regarding my account getting blocked from support, they figured out that they weren't the ones blocking me, but instead the provider providing the support feature to FreshTunes. After talking to their support, they managed to unblock me, and they did it pretty fast. Back then, their response time was slow like it took multiple weeks just to get a reply, but they did in less than 3 days. I wouldn't say that this is the worst, as I had worse experiences with other distributors in the past, but there has also been better. This is one of the better ones (in my opinion).

Well

Well, you get my songs oublished, god job. But your functions for prerelease and timing is sad. Idk, maybe it is that I use the free plan. But the lach of attention doesnt make me confident to go for the payed plan..

There’s no distribution to YouTube…

There’s no distribution to YouTube music and that’s a huge disadvantage.

UPD. Thanks to technical support the problem was solved. After I switched to the new version of FreshTunes YouTube has also appeared in the list of available platforms and all my tracks have been distributed to it.

Not the Worst, but far from the Best

I started using FreshTunes in 2023 while looking for a free distributor. I wasn’t too concerned about how long it took to review my songs; I just wanted them approved and out there.

The site itself is pretty solid. The dashboard is clean, easy to use, and uploading tracks felt straightforward.

But I did run into a few annoying things. After releasing music under two different artist names, I couldn’t add a third unless I upgraded to their Pro plan. That felt a bit limiting, especially for someone experimenting with different projects.

Also, when a song got rejected and needed edits, I didn’t get any email notification. I had to log in and check the site manually, which isn’t ideal if you’re waiting on updates.

Still, I’d say FreshTunes is pretty artist-friendly overall. They’re not trying to squeeze you for every penny, and for a free service, it’s decent.

So yeah...
FreshTunes isn’t perfect, but it’s not the worst distributor I’ve used either.

Excellent customer support

Excellent customer support.

I had a problem in which I had unpaid royalties by another distributor from another streaming service, they managed to get in touch with that specific streaming service and deliver my owed royalties successfully.

They also offer distributor migration services in which you can smoothly migrate your music to FreshTunes.

They did some positive changes as a company in 2024 and they certainly did improve from then on, most 1 start reviews come from before that time so keep that in mind before judging from the reviews.

Very bad experience,My song is still in draft, it has been a month and there was no problem with my song, I had given proof that it is my own song, even after this I did not get any response, the song was just put in draft.

support doesnt work

I’ve been waiting for more than 20 days for my song to be published on Spotify and other platforms. Support told me it would take about a week, but I haven’t received any response or update. I’ve tried to contact them several times, and communication is practically nonexistent.

The platform works fine when there are no issues, but as soon as a problem arises, their support is nowhere to be found. If my case is not resolved soon, I will have to look for a more reliable distributor.

I do not recommend FreshTunes if you’re looking for speed and consistent customer service.
