In your FreshTunes account, you can see near–real-time streaming stats from major platforms like Spotify and Apple Music.
However, when it comes to royalties, the situation is different:
- Spotify pays royalties only if a track receives more than 1k streams in the past 12 months.
According to Spotify’s updated royalty system (see: https://artists.spotify.com/en/blog/modernizing-our-royalty-system
), releases below this threshold unfortunately, do not generate payouts. In your case, this limit hasn’t been reached yet — that’s why no earnings appear in the Finances section.

Hello everyone, I want to tell you about my work with Freshtunes. I've been working with them since 2022, and honestly, they're great. I had just started releasing music, and their service helped me a lot. I've heard many times that they're bad and terrible, but I've never encountered that myself. They answered all my questions right away, there were no delays in payments, and everything was always top-notch. After almost four years of working with them, I can say with confidence that this is the most convenient service out of all the free ones out there. Support sometimes takes a long time to respond, but we're all human. Once again, I want to say thank you to FRESHTUNES for their help and for bringing my music to light.

7 years of quality
I have been working with Freshtunes since 2018, starting with the free plan, and now we are using the VIP service.
Personally, I have never had any issues with uploads or payouts. Whenever I needed to upload a track urgently, it appeared on platforms within just a few hours. The team works very quickly and provides detailed reports.
The only thing I’m missing is a built-in royalty calculation feature — the so-called “split” — so that I can automatically divide percentages between authors and generate reports without spending extra time in Excel.
Everything else is 10/10.
