10/10 as always
I have lived in Taunton for 17 years and have used all of the taxi companies. On the lives of all of my children, all of them are extremely expensive, the drivers are rude or at the very least, they made me feel uncomfortable in some way. I could also call any of those bigger companies at 12pm to book a cab for 1.30pm and they'd have no one available.
However, I discovered Friends Taxi ( friends taxi.co.uk ) in 2019 and have used them ever since. They always have a driver available either straight away or within 20 minutes. They are genuinely lovely and friendly people and I've felt 100% safe at all times. On top of all of that, they are cheaper than all others. In life we often only leave a review when we want to complain about something.. we need more people helping out those people that leave us with a pleasant experience!
