So I won’t use them again rather give the tech to a charity

I was very sceptical
I was very sceptical about this company after reading the negative reviews and was fully expecting them to knock down the price upon receiving my immaculate iPhone 13. They paid me what they had quoted as my phone was as described in new condition with the 100% battery health. Thanks Nathan for a swift service

Excellent service. Decided to get a valuation of my old phone and was pleasantly surprised by the valuation. Everything was straightforward and I received my payment quickly.
I just wish I had done this with previous phones that I have just left in a drawer.

Brilliant at the moment! Sent my phone off in the pack provided and received a call on the day they received it to say my phone was in great condition and they would be paying me the full quoted price of £143.00. Having said that, I have yet to receive the money but having checked previous reviews, I am pretty confident of getting it.

I had sent my phone off in perfect condition as they had offered £204.00 for it, they have been in contact today and they have tried to offer me £50.00 stating the phone has light bleed on the screen. This is utter nonsense and a scam to pay less for my phone.

brilliant experience
It’s the first time I’ve come across this site and I will absolutely use it again. They offered a good amount of money for an old phone of mine and made it so simple to use. A pack arrived promptly in the post I sent it off, received an acknowledgement email within a day and money was sent across straight away once it was checked.

What a brilliant firm to deal with. I have sold mobiles in the past to other mobile recycling companies and they always change their offer for any little things but Frift are a different bred, from start to finish they were professional and very easy to use. AVOID - dodgy business practises
I sent off a phone in 'good' 'working' condition with a stated value of £100.
They then claimed it was not 'excellent' (which I never said it was and replied with a much lower offer of £60. When I asked for my phone back they said they would charge me £10 for the privilege.
This contravenes their own T&Cs on their website and I suspect is a pattern of behaviour that indicates they make a high offer which they never intend to honour, and then try to strong arm unsuspecting customers into accepting.

It does state in our terms and conditions that if you wish for the device to be returned, this does incur a £10 admin fee to cover our technicians time inspecting the device and the return postage.
We can see that you have spoken to a member of our customer service team, please note that we will not tolerate any verbal abuse towards our staff.

OMG what a fantastic company, received the quote and accepted straight away, packaging arrived the next day, parcel arrived yesterday at Frift, and I received an email straight away that the full amount will be in my bank in the next 3 days. Excellent service and would highly recommend Frift.
