Ordered a full-size underlay from Frith…
Ordered a full-size underlay from Frith Rugs, paying a premium expecting one piece. Received two separate pieces with no join, forcing me to join them myself. The small print allows this, but it's misleading given their standard sizes. Extremely overpriced compared to competitors. Very unsatisfactory

Excellent Experience
The service I received was excellent from start to finish and the quality of the rugs are the best I have ever seen.
I had some rugs before from Frith rugs over 10 years ago and they are still in great condition so it was reassuring to discover that in this ever changing world there are still some long lasting companies that offer great products and excellent customer service.

We have tried a variety of rug underlays for silk rugs on carpeted or hard flooring and all I can say is that Frith underlay is THE best I have come across so far.
Online ordering was easy and delivery was quick and secure.
