I wasn’t aware that you reduce prices…
I wasn’t aware that you reduce prices at the weekend and so I paid considerably more for a cologne than was necessary. A company interested in keeping customers would have offered to refund the difference. I don’t see where they put customers first as they suggest.

I ordered during a site wide sale and so processing time was 10 business days. I had to follow up via email and left a comment on their social media page after those 10 business days because I never got a shipping notification. They shipped it out the same day after my follow up. 4 stars because I shouldn’t have to follow up with any company about the package I paid for. However, I appreciated the customer service and resolution! I’d order from their site again.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I fully paid and waited 10 days with no shipping update. Only after I filed a case with PayPal for refund 2 days later they suddenly sent the shipping notice. Would never buy from them anymore.
