Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company! They are fake
I placed an order and did not get any information or product sent to me. I have been constantly emailing this company called, From Ocean. My order was placed on the 16 of September it is now the 20th of October and my Order has not been sent. Please do not order from this website it is fake. They are quick to take your money I got a confirmation on the website stating that I placed an order, but that is all. I have sent several emails asking what’s going on and still haven’t got anything back. I am now going to dispute the transaction since no one will reach out to me to at least let me know where my order is or refund my money.
