Still no contact from customer service
Wrote a review a while ago and the response was that someone would contact me, same with all the other not so great reviews. Has anyone actually been contacted? I certainly haven’t. Beginning to think the responses are merely a marketing tactic to look ‘good’ by claiming they will reach out soon, but never really do.
After paying a fortune for these pans one would think they’d live up to the hype!

Good, for a short time! Not meant to last
We purchased three pans from Our Place cookware brand and followed all care instructions. While the pan worked well initially, it only lasted a short period of time before the nonstick coating began deteriorating, shortly after the 1 year mark.
Customer service was polite but ultimately unhelpful. Because we were outside the 1-year warranty, they refused to stand behind the product and instead pointed to general care tips—implying misuse rather than acknowledging a likely defect.
For the price, we expected far better durability and accountability. Very disappointing experience. We won’t be purchasing from them again, will be replacing our pans, and will be recommending others choose a different company.

This blender means more to me than it should
I have enjoyed lots of Our Place products over the years but I am becoming particularly fond of the appliances lately. I’ve had the wonder oven for a few years and am obsessed with it. My most recent purchase was the splendor blender (in steam to match my wonder oven, of course) and I’m very impressed, but not surprised, by the quality. It’s sturdy, powerful, and not overly complicated. I’ve been making elaborate smoothies every day since I got it out of sheer excitement to use the blender. Being an adult is silly.

Fabulous cookware
Fabulous pans that make cooking great. Nice to know that there are no harmful chemicals. Only downside is handwashing, but I’d rather that than have a pan with a non stick coating.
