Much too light weight
Much too light weight, for the cost, i thought it would be nice on thicker side. My sad it’s so thin and light weight. Diffidently not worth it.

Poor customer service
I purchased several items including pan, steamer, bamboo steamer and the blender. The products are attractive and seem sturdy but my splender blender blade base developed a crack, resulting in leaking through to the blender base. I have repeatedly sent emails and used the contact form on the website to ask if I can purchase a replacement (I'm just past the 1 year warranty period). No response. I don't use the blender daily and followed care recommendations (the blade base is noted as dishwasher safe). I accept that I'm outside warranty, and am prepared to buy a replace blade. No response. Sadly, I cannot recommend because of such poor customer experience. Also, if the product must be wholesale replaced annually, that is a terrible environmental impact.

Pans are garbage
Pans are garbage, look good, but are definitely not non-stick as claimed, basically just throw it away after 6 months

Bought a very expensive titanium pan…
Bought a very expensive titanium pan from them - hoping that we could find a pan that is sustainable and can perform for at least a few years. But the experience was the opposite. After 6-7 uses, stains got so bad and impossible to remove. And now the pan is totally useless - everything burns immediately.
Customer service is not helping at all either.
You are way better of with any other pan.

Terrible pan and terrible after…
Terrible pan and terrible after service. Purchaces an always pan back in November 2024 so just outside of warranty and the 3 yr one they now advertised is worthless.
The non stick doesn't work and pan is sticking from normal use and all they come back with is care tips to use boiling water etc and that the temperature use must've been too high. Like who's oven goes beyond 240 degrees that they advertise!
Absolutely disgusted with the aftercare and would not recommend paying the high premium for what is a totally falsely advertised product.

Not worth the money!
The pans look lovely but are not non stick at all - every time I scramble eggs I have to soak it for an hour as it has 3/4 of the egg stick to it. I bought the full set and after 18 months all the colour is coming off- I’m so disappointed!

I love my Titanium Always Pan Pro and Mini Always Pan. They are beautiful to look at and the non-stick feature works extremely well. I make sunny side up eggs every morning in the Mini Always Pan and they slide right out perfectly every time!
