Let me first start with the shipping. Our Place packages their products with more care than any other company I have ever dealt with. Every piece I have ordered has arrived in perfect shape.

Their products are made with such care and attention to detail. Every product arrives with its own little explanation of care. I love their different color selections and they have pretty much anything that you can think of to order. They are so easy to do business with.

Love my Always pan! I use it almost every day. It makes cooking and cleaning up easy!!

Product & packaging were excellent. Would have been 5 starts if the shipper hadn’t held the order locally for 3 days before delivery.

I have purchased several products as gifts for my family members. When I put the delivery address in wrong, the customer service team was easy to work with and resent the item to the correct address. My family love the perfect pan and pot. The are a breeze to clean and so great to cook in. I love using them then I visit! Next purchase will be for me.

I just unboxed my chef-pro ! It looks beautiful and I love the blue colour. I haven't used anything yet, my oven is to arrive tomorrow but looking forward to it.

I love the cookware but have really fallen in love with the bakeware! I love that the full set can nest with itself, not taking up much room for storage and it looks so nice and cleans up great after each use!

Our Place pans made me love cooking even more! They are beautiful, so easy to clean and give such a sense of extra comfort knowing that you are cooking on a healthy surface.

I bought the Wonder Oven Pro. I truly dislike this product. The light does NOT turn off after 30 seconds. I know it's such a little problem, but I paid over $300 for this and it should work as described. I reached out to the company, and they sent a new one. Customer service was very easy to deal with. The new one does the same thing. Also, I feel like it cooks too hot no matter wat the setting. Waste of time and money. I don't think I'll be purchasing anything else from them.

I love the versatilityof the pan. It's onstick,you can use metal utensils,oven safe and easy to clean.The only complaint I have is with the lid. The manufactoring process created a gap around the inner circumference that is difficult to clean.

I have had an Always Pan for a few years and love it so wanted to get something for my daughter for Christmas. She’s been wanting a Dutch Oven so timing was perfect with the sale at Christmas. Love all the color choices, easy to order on line and ship directly to her since we were not spending the holidays together this year. It arrived on time as originally scheduled.

Bought the titanium always pro pan, with the patterned technology to create non stick. I researched for a long time as I really wanted a new pan without PFAs chemicals and even researched how they add the titanium layer and I was satisfied with all the responses they were pretty helpful to be fair in helping me make a decision.

However, I can’t say that I’m as happy as I thought I would be with the pan. For some Foods, it does a really good job of creating a nonstick surface. However, the issue is food inevitably get stuck within the pattern, then this burns on and it seems impossible to get rid of it from within the pattern. This has to stop the technology working technology working if the pattern is all clogged up. I’ve tried all I suggested methods: boiling water in it, baking soda and vinegar, I scrub it with a hard bristle brush after use and I just cannot lift the marks out of the pattern.

To be fair to them that customer service gave me some tips, and they offered me a refund or exchange, but I don’t feel confident enough that the next pan won’t do exactly the same, this has to have been thought through surely?

I love everything I have from Our Place. The Wonder Oven has been amazing and I all my pots and pans work great as well. Love knowing they are all non toxic as well.

My husband and I were looking for a frying pan that was actually non-stick. We looked at many different companies but after watching a clip on Our Place's frying pans we decided to give it a try. We received our pan quickly and were impressed at how well made the pan was. We only purchased one pan to start with due to our budget and it's cost but said if it was truly non-stick we would by other pans. It's been several months now and it's amazing. It's a great non-stick pan. Easy clean up and with minimal maintenance it has remained like brand new. We are so happy with our purchase we are saving to purchase a set of these wonderful Titanium pans. We highly recommend this product and this company.

I have absolutely loved my Wonder Oven and all the accessories. It cooks everything so well. And it’s so easy to clean and stay looking brand new. I’ve used mine for a few months and it still looks new, unlike all of the other counter ovens I’ve had that look terrible after a few uses. My only complaint is that when it’s done preheating, it doesn’t make a noise to notify you that it’s ready to have the food put in. It just starts the timer counting down. You have to sit there for up to 7 or so minutes (depending on temperature) watching for it to preheat and get your food in for the set duration. This is a big flaw IMO.
Other than that, it’s a no regret investment!
