Products were in good condition but the box I received my car seat in was gaping wide open. I know I ordered a box that had been opened before, but I expected it to be re-taped a bit better. Luckily nothing had fallen out or gotten damaged. But probably just needed to be taped up better before shipping out.

My package was lost and I did not buy the package protection. Customer service was very fast at responding to my email and were able to still help me out even though I didn't have purchased a package protection. Very thankful for them!!

Edit after more orders: unfortunately, they got worse on subsequent orders. I've had multiple items not show up (over a month) and they offered a $10 credit. Then they eventually acknowledge that is lost in transit (tracking showsit never shipped) , but they only refund the discounted price, even though i was persuaded to buy two other full price items i didn't really want to get that discount and now I'm stuck with those items with no option to return them. Still waiting for any kind of resolution on other items yet to show up or ship.... I also had a email interaction where they acknowledge charging me for something that was supposed to be a "free "item, supposedly escalated the customer service, then never heard back. To add insult to injury, I never got the free item I apparently paid for. I cannot recommend based on more experience with them.
Original: I've bought several large baby items from this company and saved a lot of money. I've also purchased a junk baby gate that didn't function at all. But they did refund it. So... they aren't good at their "inspecting" to make sure everything works, but there are good deals to be had if you can stand painfully slow shipping, a chance it won't work, but in all likelihood will be resolved if there's a problem.

I ordered a pie dish on 12/31. Granted, I understand this was shortly after a holiday period. On 1/6, the order was abruptly cancelled with no explanation or apology. I responded to them that this was unacceptable. I did receive a customer service reply with an apology, but nothing was done thereafter. Really unimpressed with this company and will not buy from them again. Recommend caution when purchasing.

I bought a Hatch. When I tried to connect it, the App said it was already connected to a different account. That's not "unused." I made numerous attempts to disconnect it and re-register it but I got nowhere. I had to contact Hatch Customer Service to have them reset it remotely.
In the same order, I bought a stroller. The box came with none of the protective packaging and the assembly instructions were missing. It was just loose stroller parts in a box. Luckily the parts weren't damaged, and I was able to find assembly instructions on YouTube.

Ordered an ice cream maker….received it late but that wasn’t a real issue. Plugged it in it lit up, loaded it with appropriate ice cream base turned it on(supposed to take 30 min) an hour and a half later no cold was happening. Turned it off, poured the base down the drain. Makes me realize why it was available on this site. Called said oops we will refund you and keep the product! Why should I try to fit this into my trash container? I paid the 13.00 extra for convenient return…. (Which was not returned until I initiated a 2d email and waited, finally received, me whole except for have to bust up the appliance so it would fit into the trash. All and all a learning experience about how Rebel handles its business, never again.
