Muy alto calidad - Very high quality plants
Quick delivery even though part of my order was not available and had to be postponed. Great customer service. The plants that arrived so far are such good quality I initially thought they weren't real - so bright and healthy looking. Now for the difficult part, keeping them alive in this heat..

There was a delivery delay for about a…
There was a delivery delay for about a week plus one of the flowers were replaced by a different one since it was out of stock by the time when the delivery was sent. Moreover the delivery itself was done by entry of the house, so we had to move all flowers manually from the ground floor to our apartments. Last, but not least, many leaves were damaged - I’m not sure if it is due to poor delivery or original plants treatment in the shop.
UPDATED: I’ve been contacted by Fronda and they have apologised for the inconvenience and promised to investigate and fix the problems moving forward. On top of that, they have offered me a partial refund for the purchase as a sign of excuse. The fact that it was done within 24h is showing that they are trying to improve the services quality and customers satisfaction. Having said that, I’ve adjusted my score from 2 to 4 stars. Thanks!

Customer service fixed the problem
The plant had insects when it arrived. However, when I shared my experience here, their customer service reached out and offered an immediate refund after I sent them a picture of the problem.
Their customer service is responsive, professional and solved problems immediately.
