Took a month for order to be delivered, messaged several times for an update and received information about someone else's order. No returns address on their website and so far I have asked three times for return address to no avail. Will never shop with them again.

The most frustrating experience having to deal with this business after hearing it from many influencers. I purchased their well known leather jacket on 2/7/26 and upon checking out, it said the item processing will take about 4-14 business days which I was ok with. Once the timeline has passed that I saw on Shopify, the owner Jane told me they’ll ship the item by 3/5/26. Initially I was ok with the timeline then I got nervous in the meantime as I was already charged $500+ and she doesn’t communicate frequently unless you keep emailing her so I opened a dispute with my credit card company which I closed later as she promised to ship the item between 3/526 to 3/6/26. It has now been 3/6/26 and she is now telling me she will ship the jacket by this weekend from the UK and that I should “relax” and let them do their job. I will never be shopping here again and I can’t believe the influencers would recommend the brand. The jacket may be amazing quality but it’s such a nightmare trying to deal with shipping and delivery and actually receiving the item.

Made a purchase that didn’t fit. Sent the product back, well with the 14 days return policy.
Unfortunately the package got stuck in delivery and was later sent back to me. After this I wasn’t allowed to return it since the 14 days had passed, which I find very weird. There was nothing I could have done differently but The Front Row could have shown some good will in this situation.
I’m very disappointed and lost a lot of money due to this.

I just fell in love with the accessories category, there are offered such beautiful products. I personally bought Bead-embellished Flower Ribbon Choker Necklace. It is perfect!
