I ordered and received my Thermocook Pro 3 within days. The process for registering for a warranty was one of the best/easiest I've experienced. I love that there is a FB group to answer Questions and support users. Very handy.
So far very impressed with the Thermocook, it seems to be a good quality build.

The best blender ever. Almond butter in less than 8 minutes - my old other brand processor took over 30! It's powerful fast and like magic! Great for smoothies and bliss balls too. Was very happy with this purchase.

Less than 2 years after purchase, my Optimum blender suddenly stopped working. After getting in touch with the dealer in the Netherlands, we received an extensive list of questions about the way we use the blender. We have been mailing back and forth for more than 2 months now.
Since they couldn’t see anything wrong on the pictures, the dealer wanted us to send the blender for examination at our own expense but warned us they are a few weeks behind with repair services. At the same time they offered us an ‘upgrade’: a new blender for € 69 which they could send right away.
From reading other reviews, this seems like a common practice.

Within the guarantee period of 2 years the company is obliged to replace/repair a faulty appliance.
On their website Froothie even advertises with 5 years’ guarantee for private use!
On August 31rd the 2 years guarantee will be expired. It looks like the company is stalling time until that date.

It puzzles me how there are so many positive reactions when the after sales services are so poor!

Although we were very pleased with the blender performance, it is a waste of money if the blender shuts down within 2 years and the company is refusing to take any responsibility for its defective products.
I have different kitchen appliances from the same price range (Kitchen aid mixer and Magimix food processor) for more than 15 years and never had any problems. Even cheaper appliances last at least 10 years.

I recommend to prospective buyers to pay more money and buy a better blender which will last a few years.

I managed to communicate via email with one of your peoples and got some advice for Stainless steel and glass jugs. I also paid with a transfer rather than credit card which suited me. And the product is good to boot, So consequently I am happy with the process.

Love my new blender. Easy to purchase with great after sales advice. Blender is top quality and so easy to use. Heats the ingredients for my Jamu juice perfectly in 5 minutes

Is such An awesome juicer to use daily. I wish I brought it years ago. Love how easy it is to clean . I have purchase tall container 10l to store the machine and bits into as I like to keep the parts together. Thank you for making a simple and exciting machine to use in part of my daily routine having fresh fruits
