Terribly difficult to clean
Terribly difficult to clean, I just juices a small amount of celery once and all the fibres got stuck in the grate, even soaked for a day and still I'm not able to clean it. Disappointed as I'm a raw vegan that relies on fresh juice as a main food source.

For the best results, we recommend using fresh, crispy celery, as softer stalks can sometimes cause fibers to get stuck. Ensuring the celery is cut into smaller pieces, 2-3 cm, can also help with cleaning and juicing efficiency. We purchased the commercial Froothie with sound cover as we've burnt out the motor on several other blenders (not Froothie). Took a bit of adjusting to the larger quantities, but really enjoying the power of this machine. Great for handling larger quantities like my buckwheat and linseed bread mixture which is quite wet, also great at blending up frozen fruit into ice-cream. I had to add a bit more liquid to my usual hummus recipe but then made a really smooth mix. Smoothies of course are a super easy. I like that it is so easy to clean. A little tricky getting stuff out from around the blades but other than that it's been a work horse.

I brought juicer for a friend. Unfortunately it has had to be returned for repair. Juicer just stopped working for no apparent reason. Tried to find out the cause of the problem before sending back to manufacturer. Prompt email communication. Received postage paid documentation quickly for return. Kept informed as to time frame for investigation to begin and results of investigation and when juicer posted. Still awaiting the arrival of juicer via international mail

Multi-generational blender
While pricey, I believe the price is justified. This blender is built well with quality components. I reckon it should last a couple of generations.
Love the pre-sets and the blades. Makes short work of frozen fruit and quickly makes a great smoothie. Much easier to clean than anticipated. Love that it comes with recipes (and plenty on YouTube too).
No regrets on this purchase, just an urge to blend!
