Good bank with Excellent Customer Service

I've been using the Frost app for a couple of months now. The app itself is incredibly visually appealing, with a clean and fresh look, that's pretty straight forward to navigate.
When I was initially setting up my Frost account, I had a couple of verification issues. However, the Frost customer service team was on hand to help, which they did - swiftly and efficiently. They were incredibly friendly and helped me solve my issues and start making the most of the app!

Awful support
An in app chat is awful, replies were quick but it was more of a copy and paste kind of chat, didn’t get the help I needed and it felt like I spoke to a bot. They will probably do the same when they reply to my review - copy and paste some automatically generated useless answer.
Do not recommend.

Unreliable and untrustworthy
They weren't happy with my transactions and so froze my rent payment for 3 days and then closed my account.
Be wary, they want you to deposit money and then spend it how they choose.
No weekend customer service so if their system flags something "suspicious" you'll have no access for a few days.
Good luck if you use them.

I was asked to send ID to confirm my identity on a Friday. I didn’t have a bank statement so called my bank to send it by post but before I even received that they suspended my account. I didn’t once deny to send ID. They then charged me £15 account closure fee when i didn’t even ask for my account to be closed. That is absolutely taking the p. I want my £15 back!! Why tf did you close my account YOURSELF you impatient a***oles and then charge ME an account closure fee? Are you right in the head?
