Where the hell is my order? Ordered in the beginning of May, and no update whatsoever, no answer after filling the contact form, nothing! But, I am however, €200 lighter..

It takes ages to be delivered: still waiting, saying that one product will be delivered within 1 month (lets hope), another in 20 days is not yet shipped. No customer service to investigate the issue. Very disappointed. be careful to order from this site. 1 Update after 4 days: thanks Trustpilot, customer service contacted me. Half order I got, second half it's still unclear. 2 Update: after my 1 update I got a message from Fruugo, that the missing part of my order is dispatched today from China. It means, that my order of 8 February, was hopefully dispatched only on 27 February after my 2 messages on Truspilot!!!! Its promised to come till 19 March - which is almost 1,5 months from order. Is that normal? The missing part are 2 deodorants Salt & Stone, seems delivered from China. The other concern is - that I am planning to relocate from the address where the order should come. Will I get the order or it will be my loss? No more fruugo!!!!!

Watch our counterfeit products
Their resellers sell counterfeit products which apart from illegal and unethical is also dangerous when we speak about cosmetics and health products. In addition you have to return the items to China on your own expense and the seller of course retains the right to refuse refund after this. A joke and a scam seriously !
