Excellent product quick delivery

Would not recommend this website. My item never arrived. When I requested a refund nobody got in touch with me.

High reliability, fast shipping.

First time with this company. I was kept informed of progress and also the final delivery date.

The purchase experience was very good but what needs improving is letting the customer know by email and text regarding progress of the delivery date and date and time you are likley to receive your purchase and which firm will be delivering,
After purchase there was no communication for the customer.

Total Disaster. It was my first purchase. I bought a bathroom lamp for our newly refurbished bathroom. It was a perfect fit according to measurements. It was pricey £149. It was located in the US according to Fruugo. After a month long wait i finally opened a long awaited package. It was poorly looking lamp. It was meant to be metal frame. It was wafer thin. Like a wafer thin biscuit. Dented in 3 different places and one dent with major scratch. Very poor design. I said it must be from China. Then i tracked the package forensically and found out it was shipped from CHINA not US. On top of that electrician said its not safe to use anyway and lamp was missing safety stickers and basically met no UK electrical regulation and it was danger to use anyway. I opened an enquiry with Fruugo and they contacted the seller who did not contact me. The listing was shortly removed. After few days fruugo sent me an email saying that my enquiry was escalated. I was advised to log into my fruugo account to check the escalation, but in my account it said that there is no enquiry??? very rubbish service. I am going to open a case with paypal to get my money back.

I was a bit hesitant to purchase from Fruugo, but so glad I did. Received many delivery updates and my parcel arrived much sooner than I expected. Would recommend and will use again.

For the second time in a month someone in China has made me some custom parts for my motorbike (which are NOT available from the manufacturer) and then sent them all the way to the country where I live for pretty much next to nothing.
Tbh, I'm feeling a little guilty about hwo little I paid for my items.

I have never used this company before. I placed my order understanding that it was coming a long way and that it would take a few days for delivery. I tracked it and watched it go through different hands. My product, which was a spray nozzle, arrived, 25 of them. The box was damaged and there is a missing package. However, what I can say is that the service was excellent and the product was also fantastic, so I am pleased. Thank you.

I needed the cream for my knees I had ordered the cream for other suppliers but it didn't work the same. This cream is white the other is cream so I order from this company again. The only drawback is the time it takes to get it I waited a fortnight if not more but its worth it

Using fruugo was easy and I found what I was looking for. Up to date tracking details sent regularly.

My issue was with the item I purchased. It took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did it was damaged. The serum had leaked out of the tube and the tube was empty.

To be fair when increased it with the seller via the fruugo site they responded in less than 24 hours and were happy to send a replacement. I then asked for a refund instead of waiting another 3 weeks. The selller responded immediately and refunded my purchase with no hesitation.

Overall upset about the item but very happy with the service.

It was very good experience shopping with Fruugo, especially when all went well with the purchase, delivery and finally receiving my item. Though delivery took a wile to get through. However, there was a situation with purchase made by my mistake and Fruugo helped after I explained.
