I had an extremely frustrating experience with Fruugo and would strongly advise others to avoid buying plumbing products from them.
I ordered a shower bidet, and from the very beginning, the product was faulty. The spray gun was leaking, and after weeks of chasing customer service, I finally received a replacement. However, once my builder installed the full unit (after tiling, which is not a simple job), we discovered that the tap itself is also leaking.
So not only was the original gun defective, but the entire unit appears to be faulty. This is completely unacceptable. Installing a concealed bidet system involves time, cost, and disruption, and now I’m left with a leaking fixture inside the wall that we have to manage with a container just to prevent damage.
I have sent multiple messages and emails over several months with no response whatsoever. The lack of customer support is just as disappointing as the poor product quality.
This purchase has caused nothing but inconvenience, wasted time, and additional expense. I expected a basic level of quality and support, and Fruugo has failed on both.
Avoid at all costs.

Placed an order around a month ago, the order was due this week, nothing as of yet so thought I’d check the order status only to be greeted with ‘ THIS CONNECTION IS NOT SECURE ‘ strongly suggesting this is a scam website set up to steal data and the rest. So I can’t get an order number because the website isn’t secure, I can’t get an update because the website isn’t secure. Get in contact and fix this

The title on the advert was misleading but the invoice was clear Fruugo and the supplier were excellent they quickly addressed the problem and issued a refund.
