How can you do ecommerce without a proper After sales service?

Update 28 October 2024: Fruugo got in touch. Took a day or so to investigate my claim and then refunded me. Sarah B, who dealt with my claim, was fantastic. Clearly, if everything goes right, Fruugo is as good as any other platform to buy things on. But for when things go wrong, your are pretty much on your own. There needs to be a process, one that is clearly signposted and linked to the transaction, where you can expedite an issue through a facility to message Fruugo directly (and they hopefully respond within a reasonable time frame) once you have returned the item, and you get no response from the vendor.

looking films & tv I noticed people, on the street particularly in New York, with a blu and white mug in their hands with café and I decided to have one when
(I do hope, in a short time) I'l be in the Apple town.
Now, with Fruugo, instead going, the mug it's on my hands! Small thing? But I'm happy.

This is an update to my last review regarding the purchase of a broken shaver head for Philips shaver. Fruugo.it has reacted immediately after my review and after sending them the picture of the broken item, have immediately organized a full refund. The reaction of Fruugo is 5 stars and has strengthened my confidence in their brand.

The item arrived wasn’t the one I ordered, but just a cheaper and useless thing!!!

My first time using this company and was unsure about it. Got a great price and it arrived well package and in order. Tracking was available. It is shipped from China so plan to wait longer than expected. More or clearer communication would have helped sooth the uncertainty. I’d probably use them again if necessary.

Very careful to follow the customer even in case of small problems.

Nobody answers your emails or messages. Customer service probably doesn’t exist even. I passed my order 3 weeks ago and still no tracking number .

I’m not 100% sure that the earrings I bought are original, but even if they aren’t you really won’t be able to tell the difference, I didn’t have much faith but I was positively surprised. Really cheap and really good quality.

Delivery was good & consistent with tracking notifications
