The part that is movable and replaceable sits very loosely on one of the clamps so I think I will have to lock it with glue. It is like that on one of the two clamps. Otherwise I am satisfied with the delivery and otherwise the clamps work excellently

Honestly, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this website to anyone.
I purchased an item from them, and it turned out to be faulty and not working properly. I returned it as instructed, and when I contacted customer service, they told me I would receive a refund within 5 business days. It has now been 12 business days, and I still haven’t received anything.
I tried reaching out multiple times via email. At first, they responded, but now they have completely stopped replying. No refund, no updates, and no accountability.
Very poor customer service and a complete lack of professionalism. Definitely not a trustworthy company, and I won’t be dealing with them again.
