Wrong items delivered

I received a box through FedEx, but it was nothing I ordered. 2 items I would never order! My order was 16 items, and I received none of them. Customer Service is resenting my original order, but I'll have to wait another 2 weeks. Plus I have to return the items I never wanted.

Customer Service Team not adequately trained to assist

I find it interesting there seem to be no reviews since 2021??? Working with FSAStore to do a return has been my nightmare for the last month. Everytime I call in I get a different story from the customer service team regarding my duplicate order situation. All I want to do is return the duplication and you would think I was asking for the world. I am a patient person but I have had it and going to contact my FSA provider to remove your website link from theirs as the terrible service will reflect badly on them. It is 3 days until the end of the year and I need my $200 back for expenses. I can't believe this.

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a medical device from FSA Store. The next morning I called to cancel the order. I was told it may be shipped anyway. I was not offered much assistance to cancel the order. The large box was delivered to my home and I after multiple calls and chats, I was finally given a return label. This was after my insistence. It is the end of the year and everyone knows if you don't use your FSA money, you lose it. The Fed Ex tracking number confirms that the unopened box was returned last week. I just spoke with a customer service rep who told me that she shows the box arrived but it may take 5 days for it to be refunded. I explained the deadline of me needing to use the money before the date she gave. The agent said that's their process...no help. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she will ask one to call me but she doesn't know when that will be. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never order from FSA Store again.

The FSAstore.com is overpriced

The FSAstore.com is far overpriced. I had some money left in my FSA account so I bought $300 worth of stuff and every item was overpriced. The only item I thought was reasonable was a bottle of NyQuil, but when I received it it was only 8 ounces verses the usual 12 ounces. Shop Amazon's FSA store for much better deals.

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed with FSAstore.com. I have been trying to get simple return label from almost two weeks now, and every time I have rep on the phone they say 1-2 business day. Clearly their idea of a business day is not the same as every one. I am starting to think it’s a scam so my order fall outside their return policy limit. For a company that is supposed to help people this absolutely unacceptable. I will never order from FSAstore and will make sure that everyone I know does not either.

Ongoing website issues for years…

For a website that’s connected directly to my FSA account I have a huge problem with check out every time. One time they said it was because I wasn’t using chrome, then it was a zip code not showing up on my check out. This time who knows but every time I have to call customer service who ultimately completes the order. I gave up. I go through Amazon or other websites and just request reimbursement now. They’re losing business because literally every time it does nothing when I click the complete order button.

Items are always overpriced than normal…

Items are always overpriced than normal store. I have Optum store account too , usually they have items cheaper than fsa store. I still bought a $200 worth 23and me kit from them and it never arrived.

If you ask me I'd say don't waste you fsa money here -amazon,walmart, walgreens, optum store, and even best buy has fsa products that cost much less than the overpriced items they sell.

This so-called "store" is a JOKE

This so-called "store" is a JOKE. They have charged me full price for 1/2 sized & travel size items in the past, and have overcharged for others. Best Advice: DON'T BUY ANYTHING MECHANICAL FROM THEM. THINGS ONLY WORK ONCE OR TWICE THEN BREAK FOR GOOD. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK.

Today, I was looking for a new pair of sunglasses wanting to buy a nice pair to treat myself. Since I have almost $1K left to spend in 2023, I thought, "Why not? If I don't spend it, they'll leave it as a balance that I won't have the ability to use

They mark up the prices astronomically & SHAME ON THEM FOR DOING SO!!

We already have to work hard & they take their cut "off the top" before we even see our check. The least they could do is be fair and not gouge us. But that's too much like Right, I guess.

Customer Service is a joke

I had an issue with the FSA store where my order was cancelled after money was taken by FSA, I spoke with multiple people who "tried" to fix the situation and even one time I was told I was going to be put through a manager, who would resolve the issue right away. The managers are always busy every time I rang (which was 6 different times). I even said I would wait to speak to a manager, however I was disconnected after waiting 20 minutes to speak to one. Also throughout the process I was promised I would be updated on the situation however I wasn't at all, not a single email/text or call back about my situation. I do believe that for a one time call the FSA store would be able to resolve an issue however after multiple calls they do not read what notes they have on the situation and the script they have for responses gets very repetitive.

Worst customer service experience of…

Worst customer service experience of any store I have ever purchased from online. Still have not been able to return 2 items out of the 2 purchases over $150 that I spent. They give you the runaround, the call-center is all foreign and are very unhelpful, and they lie to you. For over one week now and after three phone calls, they have kept telling me they will send me a return label. It has never happened. Yesterday they told me a supervisor would call me after I had requested one. She never did. Do not buy from these people! The prices are higher than a regular store, and it is not worth the hassle!

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT. Do not buy anything from this website. They claim everything is FSA eligible, which is untruthful. Attempted to return items and they never sent a return label. Every time I've called they claim to get a supervisor and then leave the phone on hold indefinitely. There are over 90 active complaints against them on better business bureau with many people reporting the same problem.

Price Gouging

It's so unbelievable that we live in a society that allows the complete and total price gouging that the "FSA Store" is. You can buy literally ANYTHING that the FSA Store sells at other retailers for near half the price. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from the FSA Store.

Returns are a hassle

I requested a return authorization and it took approximately 3 weeks to receive the return label. I had to call multiple times to follow-up and each time I was told it was approved and that I should receive it via email by the next day. As I said, it took 3 weeks to receive. I was given store credit for the return. On 4/28 I ordered an item and was told the credit would apply towards the new purchase. That didn't happen. My credit card was charged for the full amount. I had to call customer service again to ask why the credit wasn't applied and was told that there was a glitch in the system. The agent said he issued a refund and that he sent me a confirming email. The confirming email has not yet been received. I'm guessing I'm going to have to make multiple follow up calls to get my refund. I'm very frustrated with the return process.

Im giving them 2 stars simply because…the website looks good and nothing more.

Im giving them 2 stars simply because Im waiting to see how a submitted return will go. I have ordered from them twice in less than a month and spent around $3,000. On both orders I ordered an item that was replaced with another item I did not ask for. Also s others have said the products look good but seem to underperform the customers expectations. I will say the "Intellinetix" Massage products are packaged well but they are all garbage and provide very little massage/vibration benefits. Well the gloved were good, everything else is garbage! I sent a return request last Thursday and I tried to submit one again today and guess what happened? The website gave an "OPPS Something Went Wrong With our Website Notification"! But I was able to go right back to the main page to browse available items. This will be my last time ever messing with this site for anything! GO TO CVS OR AMAZON TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED FSA Medical Funds! Dont blow it here like I did!

Wish I could give zero stars

Wish I could give zero stars. Read all of the 1 star reviews. They don't reply to the "canceled order" reviews. Happened to me, twice. Everytime I call, they can't give me a reason. Now I have to wait another month for my money to be returned. DON'T BUY HERE. Plenty of fsa approved places to buy. Even Amazon has one.

Not good a order processing

My experience was pretty bad and cost me about $500. I ordered about $500 worth of supplies on 1/26/23 and they denied my Health Equity CC (FSA card) only after putting a hold on the card for "3-5 Business days". I was retiring on 1/27/23 so they suggested that I put the order in with my CC which I did. They cancelled that one also! Now, my FSA card was good (that is why I used it) and I KNOW that my CC is good as gold and they cannot give a reason why they did not process it. Long story short it now now past the day I can use my FSA card because of separation and I am just out of $500 of supplies. I have dealt with less competent companies, but not many. Thanks a lot!

FSA - What you need to know

They need to tell people that before you buy anything it cannot be returned for any reason if it has been opened. I do agree with some things but I purchased a $120.00 blood pressure cuff that I took out of the bag and it did not work at all! Because it was out of the bag I could not get a refund! Period. I’m not sure how I would have known that it worked or not. Never again,

Can't give zero stars so they get one

Can't give zero stars so they get one. Order still "getting ready for shipment" 10 days after order confirmation. Customer service cannot give a tentative ship date. Price gouging in effect to take advantage of use it or lose it Federal mandate for FSA dollars. Worst company ever. Go to a brick and mortar store to avoid this business.
