HORRIBLE

This site charges you for everything you order but does not ship all of your items. Can’t get any information on your unshipped order. Useless customer service reps who are unable to provide information. Ridiculous.

Update on 1/13/23: They finally shipped the items I was waiting for and I received them. Their website does not provide detailed information on your order status so you don’t know what has shipped and what has not, and their customer service reps are unable to answer order questions beyond the limited information on their website. Delays in shipping orders are normal and to be expected on occasion. However, the poor communication and customer service are not. Both need fixing and will never shop this site again.

Update #2: They sent me $25 off my next order without addressing their communication and customer service issues. Useless and 3 weeks late. I do not recommend this site still.

The FSA store is a cheat at best

The FSA store is a cheat at best. You better be sure of the products you are ordering, if you choose to return anything, you will not receive any refund or store credit and the employees will make every effort to ensure you waste that money.
The products received are near expiry, and returns cost you more money than you spent on them.
The idea is to make everything sound easy, but in actuality, the store makes every effort to keep your funds and not provide a product. They are deceptive about their credit policy too, the agents will tell you that reruns and credits are there for your use. But in fact when you want to use them they will reveal that their credit expired, I lost over $400 bucks like this, would never buy from here again and will file a complaint w the BBB too.

Hope you never need to return anything!

I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. FSAstore has made returning items impossible - even after jumping through a dozen hoops (calling multiple times over multiple weeks, emailing, and finally submitting a BBB complaint) just to get my return shipping label, this website refuses to process my refund. It’s been well over a month since I initiated my return and they received and signed for my return over a week ago. Still I’ve received no indication that I’ll be refunded. I need that money! I’m sorry to see that FSAstore is doing the same to so many other customers. I’ve initiated a chargeback with my credit card company, which is probably the only way to get your money back from these creeps. A company that can’t honor its own policies has no right to stay in business.

Return conflict / quick response

After expressing my experience in the return process and customer service on May 25. Managment took the time to respond on May 26 with a positive solution. Much quicker than expected-Thank you.

Return scam

I had multiple attempts to get a return label for over a 1.5 month.
Initially requested return from online portal and at end online process, it requested me to call customer service. After speaking to customer care, was informed that return label will take 3 to 5 business days to generate and will be emailed. Been calling almost every week and same story where label will be generated by end of business. My last 2 calls on May 19th have extended to 2 days after I said you are giving the same story of labels going to be emailed by EOD with no progress. All calls are place on long hold to discourage customer from pursuing the return.

I will share this lesson to all friends and family to avoid FSA Store with fraudulent return claim and never support this fraudulent company

2 days after this post, I end up receiving a shipping label, followed by credit a week later.

I am extremely angry with this company

I am extremely angry with this company. I ordered a device that is supposed to alleviate pain in my feet that cost over $200. While I waited for it, I did more research about the device and realized it would not help me. So when I received it, I'd already decided to return it. I followed the return instructions in one of the 2 sheets of paper the company included with the device. In all the yrs that I've made online purchases, I've NEVER encountered such an absurdly bureaucratic process simply to return an item. I thought that--as with every other online merchant I've ordered from--I'd simply go to the website, complete the return questionnaire and print out a return label. But no. I was first told to wait for a customer representative to call me. No one ever called me (I waited a day and a half.) Then I sent an email. I got a response within a couple of hours, asking me the same questions I had already answered on the website. Then I got an email saying it would take 2 TO 3 WKS TO "liaise with Federal Express" TO GENERATE A RETURN LAGEL. TWO TO THREE WKS TO "LIAISE" WITH FEDEX TO SIMPLY GET A RETURN LABEL. Meanwhile, the return instructions say you have 30 days to return the item. How the hell does it take TWO TO THREE WKS to generate a return label?! What kind of "liaising" with FedEx is needed to generate a simple RETURN LABEL?! It literally takes a couple of minutes! I've never ever encountered such a thoroughly ludicrous process to simply return an item. It's as if they're forcing you to keep it because they don't want to refund you. I plan on reporting them to the BBB and will never order from them again.

Customer Service Sucks. Website is good.

I started using them during the pandemic. It was great. The things I ordered came quickly and were in good condition. However, I recently tried ordering again and am not able to get into my account and the forgot password link is not coming to my email. I called customer service a few times and was told I just need to check out through a guest account. When I reiterated that I’d rather use my account, I was told someone from their tech department would call me. Still have not received a call. All they wanted to keep telling me is that I have an account, which I already know. They are good to order from unless you run into an issue at that point just forget about your account because they aren’t going to help you get back into it and you can’t create another account.

Brought a massager

Brought a massager, the charger made a pop sound and stopped working. Emailed them and talked to their reps about returning for a refund. They never replied. Talked to them 3 times. They don't give out any reference numbers or confirmation emails. Do not buy from them. They do not guarantee their products. They will just tell you wait for 3 to 4 days forever. Since I talked to them 3 times already it is definitely intentional. It has been a month.

They send me a replacement without any notification, after a month and a half. It was supposed to be returned for store credit, but it served the same purpose. Giving it 3 stars because of the lack of communication.

I needed to return an item i purchased

I needed to return an item i purchased. Ive had to call 3x because i never received my shipping label to return my items! Horrible! Time wasted with the constant call. I will never order. Id rather pick up my items at my local walgreens!

Do Not Use! They Lie About Issuing Refunds!

I'm reading through the recent reviews and while I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels I'm being scammed, it angers me that this business is recommended by medical savings account and employers. My story is much like many others.

I wasn't shipped everything I ordered. Furthermore, not everything I ordered was approved by my medical savings account provider. I have called 4 times since March 5, 2022 to request a refund and to get a return shipping label for the item falsely advertised as FSA/MSA eligible. Each time, I'm told I should get my refund and return label within 3-5 days.

Luckily, I made my purchase using my personal credit card with amazing purchase protection. They have given me an interim credit and are trying to resolve the issue with fsastore.

I will NEVER use fsastore.com ever again. Most of the time, you can get better prices through Amazon, Walmart, and Target.

Terrible dealing with FSA store

Terrible dealing with FSA store. First of all they do not stand behind their products. Making it impossible just to get a replacement, forcing you to lose money getting a refund using your FSA account is major pain, the company is not accommodating to customers, at all. If they can’t treat customers with respect, customers will not come back. I guess they only needed my business once

Horrible company

Horrible company. Accepted my order and charged me. 2 weeks later when it still hasn’t shippped I contact them to find out it will never ship. Was told I would be getting a refund. They never would have issued a refund if I didn’t contact them. We will see if I actually get it.

READ READ READ, do not recommend.

Many people made purchases recently, and because the company made an error on their site, they refused to honor any of the purchases and cancelled everyone's card, with pending refunds that will take more than a month to get back. Absolutely don't recommend a company that can't honor purchases.

Horrible order process that left me…

Horrible order process that left me without my money for weeks with an order that wouldn't ship, was told it was going to get cancelled and that they couldn't cancel it but I just had to wait until whenever it did cancel on its own and that they couldn't refund my money or give me an estimate of when that would be.

Horrible store

Horrible store. Will never purchase anything from here again. THEY offered coupons then when I placed an order using THEIR coupons, they canceled my order. Customer service, who are useless, proceeds to tell me that cannot use more than 1 coupon. But if you look under terms it says “offers cannot be combined. ONLY OFFERS PROVIDED OR PROMOTED by FSA store”. But they canceled it anyway. Oh best part yet… they canceled my order but still charged me. Scammers. Don’t buy from here.
