Order was cancelled due to their own mistake.

First of, the prices are super high so I made an order using multiple discount codes which they allowed to go through. After waiting for a week for the order to ship when it was confirmed, they cancelled it on an email citing their terms and conditions about how they don’t allow multiple discounts. It’s not my fault you guys allowed that to happen?? Anyway, that’s the only time I’d ever buy from them so I’m glad I didn’t bother making an account. Better off shopping elsewhere cheaper.

Update 2/24/22: Refund received after filing a BBB complaint.

Do not shop here. I have been waiting for a refund since January 27. They said it would take 3-5 business days. I chatted on February 7 to get a status and the rep said 3-5 days. The math ain't mathing considering it had already been 7 business days. I chatted on February 14 and got the same info and was told I would need to call to escalate to a supervisor. I called and was told no manager/supervisor was available, even after pressing the issue. They took down my phone number but I don't really expect a callback. Never again.

I ordered two items but only received…

I ordered two items but only received one item. I called them immediately but like several others have posted, they promised to refund my FSA account. It has been three times longer than promised and I have call six times. Based on the reviews I read here it is obviously a pattern of deceit.........

Took 21 days to receive item

Took 21 days to receive item. Charged credit credit upon ordering. Would not refund and cancel order when it was beyond expected shipping time. Said it was too far in the process to cancel, huh? It had not left fulfillment center yet. Should have been able to cancel. Buyer beware

10 days later...

10 days from order and package has still not shipped. They couldn't give me any idea of when it would ship. Customer service is working off a script and it shows.

Cheap stuff sold with a terrible return policy

I paid $50 for a new forehead thermometer from the fsa store in October. Since I’m rarely sick, I hadn’t even opened the box. I recently was sick and opened up the box to use the thermometer. It worked fine for 1 WEEK! It died on week 2 and when I called the fsa store they said too bad so sad. I knew I should have bought at Costco who has an amazing return policy. I will not be purchasing from fsa store again.

Slow shipping and a huge markup on…

Slow shipping and a huge markup on products. Expect to pay 1.5x or more what you could on amazon or anywhere else. Only "benefit" is it's tied to your FSA so you don't have to claim the items through their pain filled processes. Expect things to take a month or more to be delivered.

Multiple orders incorrect/not received, communication always awful

Of the three orders I've placed, two never came. Tracking numbers sent, but showed Fedex waiting for package each time. Trying to get a response to email was impossible, but chat and phone were received. "Refunds" promised, but I had to follow up multiple times to get it, despite chat/phone customer service. Took weeks to get a refund. Finally gave up with one order and asked for store credit, since my FSA deadline was looming and no way I could have gotten the money back and spent it before the deadline came, but still haven't even gotten the store credit.

I didn't receive my items ordered

I didn't receive my items ordered. And I called to inform you. The person stated that they were not able to re issue the items purchased. But they would credit my card back. I checked my acct today and nothing to date has been refunded. When I called back the person stated that I had not called to report not seeing that I called. Then after repeating the ordered items and the second order with the same items except for the tylonal.which you were out of that I re ordered.I don't like it when people say hi didn't do something. Do you really think that someone wouldn't have called about not receiving an order that cost 66.00. I don't and I have yet to receive a credit. My plan end the 31st so a credit would be nice.

Ridiculous that you can’t write a…

Ridiculous that you can’t write a review on the FSA site. Wanted to review the VibraCool items I recently purchased. They are not worth the $90. Wish I could give zero stars. Do not purchase!

Prices are really high

Prices are ridiculous. The same products can be found online and at other brick and mortar stores for often 60% of the prices they charge. They take advantage of the fact that you have to spend the FSA dollars and overcharge. You're much better off just going to Walmart and buying the same products

I’ve found that for the same exact products to the prices on this site are not in line with other stores (online or brick & mortar). Not to mention many times selection options are not that great.

Convenient & Fast

I really appreciate the convenience of the FSA Store, it carries a wide variety of useful products & its shipped to my home. I have used the customer chat with questions & the service has been excellent. The only reason I gave it a 4 is:
1) the descriptions of some items is not detailed or specific enough
2) the return policy for some items is too narrow, given its mail order

Poises Long Pads

I was able to order what I wanted and received it within days. They are $7 more than I pay at the Family Dollar Store, but it's convenient shopping on the FSAstore.
