I was unknowingly getting charged

I was incorrectly getting charged £19.90 every couple weeks from this website. I wasn’t aware of signing up to any subscription so I wrote an email to complain. I received a swift reply from Nancy who agreed to refund me and ensure I don’t get charged again. The situation was dealt with quickly and peacefully. Thank you Nancy!!!

Straightforward process

It was fairly straightforward but everything takes me longer now I’m old. I check things thoroughly, probably because I’ve been hacked previously more than once. I’ve never divulged my details to anyone aside from shopping online.

Never told that it was a subscription…

Never told that it was a subscription service. After ordering something online through a trusted sight it came up saying you qualify for free shipping. Naturally you would click on it to get free shipping never once did it say you need to pay a subscription. Lucky I read the reviews on trustpilot before any money was taken! Then they ask you for a review and you try to review the sight with 1 star and it won’t let you submit it from their link!

Fast and convenient

This has to be one if. not the best website to use. Fast convenient and informative. I can’t comment on the goods I’ve ordered as yet but if it’s as easy as the rest of the ordering I will be extremely happy

Fshipp.com.Unauthorised payment taken

On Friday 20th of March 2026, I noticed a payment of £19.90 had been taken from my bank account. I contacted my bank who informed me that this was a delivery charge taken Fshipp.com. I have not knowingly subscribed or agreed to any payment to this company. As mentioned in other reviews this seems to be a common issue. I have emailed their help department for a refund and my bank is also looking into this as a fraud claim. I am currently awaiting a response from this company and pending the outcome will update edit my experience

Taking £69.00 without my consent!

I have discovered that this company has been withdrawing £69.00 from my bank account every month without my knowledge or consent.I have never signed up for a subscription and until I saw my bank statement and I had never even heard of this company. This is completely unacceptable. I am demanding an immediate cancellation of any "account" associated with my details and a full refund for every month I have been charged!
