I ordered and received a manual for my fatbob in July. Although hard for an old school kat to navigate, I was impressed with the volume and coverage of the manual.... UNTIL I was working on my bike while it was strapped on a trailer and forgot to grab my phone before taking off. Crushed phone revealed that FS manuals could give a shmidt less that their word or promise in the advertisement means nothing. After four days and five emails trying to get a link to download my purchase I've given up because I'd like to ride my bike this u year. Booooooo FS shame on your lies.

Do not purchase from this company. It's a fraudulent company. The manuals that they are selling are incomplete nonsense. It looks like they have put together pieces of information available from other sources and selling them on the internet. I have contacted the company 4 times, and no one responded to my inquiry regarding a refund. I think they are based out of London, UK.

Do not purchase from this fraud company! Doesn’t work now disputing charge with credit card company. Can’t download. Terrible company! Wasted my money!

I paid for a pdf manual download. In FSManuals email confirming my purchase was a place to download attachment. It didn't wok. Their email stated if that didn't work a link was in original response email. Not true. I have sent 3 emails trying to get this resolved. The only replies show the order being processed. No customer service phone number. Beware!

Never received the product purchased. They stated that they would respond within 2 hours; it has been 3 days, and still nothing from support. I'm currently fighting to get ahold of someone to refund the purchase. No customer support. This is a total scam!

Is a little hard to understand. But, surely is due to this being our first German car.

Don't bother not only couldn't I download the manual I haven't been able to get a refund or anyone to answer my emails

No, we don't have the ability to ship. When you try and download what is happening? The links expire after 3 days so I've just sent you a new one.

Had a little difficulty with the download at first. Was eventually able to view it via desktop. It’s over 400mb so it’s not really compatible with my phone which doesn’t have much space… all in all you get exactly what you’re paying for

Link is wrong, later you updated the link and it's working.

It has good diagrams and instructions are really good, but it doesn't have a list of the index or with working links. So it is difficult to get right sections printed but with some work I was able to put together the information that I needed, so in the end it was very helpfull.

the manual received does not have the 3.0L engine I own. hopefully the 3.7L engine is the same except of bigger cylinders. I have to research that issue. I'm very happy I have something now to reference. Thank you very much.

These people suck I bought a down load the link didn’t work , they said they sent me another one which I didn’t get and now they won’t answer my emails. Now I have to go though the hassle of going to my bank to get my money back.

I rate this as a four because it is hard to navigate. I loss the file and it was resent and saved as a PDF and it is even worst, but the manual content is exactly what I was looking for.

I was lost trying to figure out what was wrong with my bike. After learning how to check for codes , i come across the first solution but the only way to find it would be to either hire a trained professional or become the professional myself. So i downloaded the manual and it was the better of the choices. Thank you for the opportunity to be able to work on my own bike.

It is good but it is HUGE. I can hunt if I open it on my phone but not on my computer. And there isn't an "online" version so that it doesn't suck up the memory on my phone. But all well, it is ok.
