This appears to be a scam. I purchased a manual online over two days ago. I immediately got an e-mail with a link to download the manual. When I clicked the link, it said there was really no manual at that link, that the link needed to be updated, that it would be updated in 15 minutes, and that if it wasn't updated by then to e-mail customer support. My link was never updated, so I e-mailed customer support. They responded a little under 24 hours later by saying that they sent an updated link, to check my spam folder if I didn't receive it, and to e-mail if there were any other issues. I never received any other e-mail whatsoever, so I e-mailed them about that, and they provided an identical response: that they sent an e-mail that was never sent.

Based on my experience, this appears to be a scam to get you to enter your credit card information online, and then to buy as much time as possible by stalling with things that never come through. All of my attempts to contact FSManuals about this problem have been met with an unusual series of promises that lead nowhere. Save yourself the trouble and stay away.

RESPONSE TO THE FSMANUALS STATEMENT BELOW: I have never received any e-mail from you with a proper link in it. Not in my inbox, my spam (which I check multiple times a day), or anywhere else. I told you this by e-mail numerous times over the past few days and got no response. Unfortunately, the only time you responded with any substance was shortly after I posted this review, where you again stated that you sent e-mails that I never received. I continue to wonder whether these e-mails exist, or whether the manual you claimed to sell me exists. So far, I have asked for both but received neither.

Easy to order and download, price was good and has what I need.

It was lightly irritating that i had to wait for an updated link to be able to download the manual. But once i got the email and clicked the download link it installed onto my phone very quickly and looks and works well.

the manual is great, but there's a pit in your stomach when you take a chance on something and get a single page pdf with an error on it.

FSmanuals corrected the error and resent the link fairly quickly after I reported it.

I'm having a hard time trying to find the section in this book that deals with the exhaust system I'm not sure if I'm looking in the wrong places or it was left out but as of yet I have not found that section

Bought this for a 2014 Honda Pilot. The service manual is over 3100 pages long, and extremely helpful in diagnosing the old age issues my car is starting to have. Very Happy.

Ordered a manual for my 2000 E-150 Van. Was able to download after the link was fixed. It looked to be page for page hand-copied on a copier from a Haynes manual. Problem is between the crooked page copies and the bad contrast, the pictures are vitually unusable and some of the text either scrolls off the page or is also unreadable. I've twice contacted them and requested my money back within the 7 day money back time frame and have complied with their requirements for such. Crickets. Buyer beware, they are insulated, no way to get a hold of them, no contact numbers, no email, no addresses, just a message box to nowhere. You might get lucky, you might not.

The order was filled with a minor issue with the website which was corrected in a reasonable amount of time. The download was successful.

I just purchased the G29 golf cart and it stopped working. The electric diagrams we're extremely helpful in troubleshooting the problem. Now I can make the repairs that are needed. It has a blown fuse that is located under the batteries. Bad location for a fuse, it will be moved to a better location

The manual is excellent. There was an issue with the download link, but it it was resolved quickly
