Great experience and top class support
I ordered the Tolipa Bag (Which I have not received yet while I write this review, but expect to be top class - so all reviews says and I'm more than confident that it is so. There is a lot of reviews online to back up this), but encountered some technical issue in ordering it and apparently put in two orders without knowing. This direct me to my point and why I give F-Stop gear 5 stars. The reason is:
First I received an email saying my order was refunded and I thought "What? Why is my order refunded?" and shortly after a new email that my order was confirmed and processed. I noticed that the order number was different in the two emails and that is when I saw the problem in the order process.
I wrote to the support line and got a quick reply. They already noticed the fault before I did and predicted that it indeed was a fault and canceled and refunded one of the orders. Within a day or two, I received the refund. A thing I rarely, if ever have encountered when I have ordered online. Usually I have to noticed the problem myself and clarify to the company what the problem is and write a lot of emails back and forth. Tedious thing. That was not the case here with F-Stop Gear. Got a clear answer, the help/answer I needed and they had already taken care of the whole thing.
So in short. GREAT customer service, quick reply and fast response. Thanks to the very polite Milena, who helped me with this.
I can definitely say that my experience of the website is, that it is safe to get your gear, got a great support service if an error should occur and I will definitely buy here again, if I am in need of camera gear.
