Ordered an Adidas track top
Ordered an Adidas track top. It arrived about a week later. I opened it, tried it on and it was a bit small so I immediately put it back in the packaging and returned it. When they received it back they said they could only give me a 50% refund as “ during quality control, we found that the item shows clear signs of wear and is dirty. Because of this, we cannot accept it back as a brand new and unused item for a full refund”. This is absolutely untrue. It was out of the package for probably less than a minute. I definitely wouldn’t be buying anything from them again.

Fake items and Awful returns policy. Says its easy its not. If you dont have a printer you are screwed. Customer services do not help either.
So now, on top of being charged to make the return i have to go and buy a printer. Wont be using again.

So go on. Tell me how i return a parcel from the uk, without a printer. Ive screenshot the conversation with your staff member who told me i had to print the label to return. So dont tell me im wrong.
Secondly your trainers are fake. They are low quality replicas. The sole is covered in glue. The stitching is atrocious. Dont talk rubbish.
Thirdly. Youve not addressed my issues. Instead youve tried to call me a liar - which i hope highlights to everyone reading this your awful customer service and low integrity
Finally, had you gave a damn about customer service.... You wouldnt have tried to get this review removed, before you replied. And when my refund is processed ill add my order number.

we are sorry to read your review, however we need to correct several statements that are simply not true. Footshop does not sell fake products. We cooperate directly with brands such as adidas, Bape, Nike and other official suppliers, therefore products sold through us are original. Suggesting otherwise is misleading and unsupported.
Regarding returns, the return process, including all instructions and conditions, is clearly explained on our website before initiating a return. At no point are customers required to purchase a printer in order to complete a return.
We understand that returns may not always feel convenient, but presenting incorrect information about authenticity and our process does not reflect how our service actually works.

Website misleading - No customer service!
Received the shoes promptly, but was disappointed to discover that footshop.co.uk lists US sizes on their website. Their website is misleading - this is only made clear on their returns page. Although their website states, 'If you choose the wrong size, we’d be happy to exchange it for you,' they don't do exchanges. I've tried contacting the company, but I only get automated responses to emails and chats. Their UK phone line is never open. I'll need to return the shoes, and if I want to order the correct size, I'll need to pay for shipping again. I should have ordered directly from the company and saved myself money and time!

They charged me for a bot replying to my request
I received a pair of Adidas. Unfortunately the photos did not show that they were with fur inside, I wanted them for summer. So I wanted to return them. They use a return system with Packeta. I tried to find a Packeta point that accepts returns (as only few points accept returns), but it was difficult to find one. In addition, I wrote to footshop asking for help to find a Packeta point. A bot answered saying that they will charge me a fee of 13 RON for the help they provided, but did not give me any option for my request!
