Great blackout screens

The blackout screens for my Nissan van are really good. The size and fit are excellent, and they have even included little ones for the quarter lights. They came quckly and well (but not over) packaged.

Hi Sam, we are really disappointed to see this review. DPD attempted to deliver the item to you on two occasion, you were not in at the address to receive your parcel, with no other choice, DPD had to send it back to us (we have not had it back yet so we were not to know you had not got it) It is not our fault the item wasn't delivered, and it wasn't DPD's fault either. If you order online, you must choose an address you will be in at to receive the parcel. We would greatly appreciate you removing this review and it seems very unfair for you to bring our ratings down and effect our business based on an issue that was not our fault or our choice of courier's fault either. Please do reach out to us regarding this. We will of course re send you item to an address you will be in at or issue a refund if you no longer want the item.

Great blackout thermal blinds and great customer service

I ordered a full set of thermal blackout blinds for a classic landrover 90 but needed them urgently for a road trip. Even though things were busy and they are made to order, Beth and Nancey got them made and out to me in under 3 days and they are just what I needed. Good quality, good price and great customer service. Thanks so much!

Excellent Value, Quality and Customer Service!

We ordered a new T6.1 screen cover with Rocky eyes and were very pleased with the price compared to other places and upon testing it out, the cover was excellent quality and provided total black out plus was a perfect fit.
Sadly, there was a small fault with ours but the customer service from Beth was second to none. We sent ours back, got the postage refunded and a perfect one was sent out immediately.
So, although not ideal there was a fault, these things happen and at least it shows what brilliant customer service they have.
We therefore say, give them a try.

Great customer service!

I received a faulty item from the guys at Fuel Lagoon and they were really proactive in sorting the issue out, even allowing me to visit the premises to swap the item over and check it out before taking the replacement. Lovely team, good communication, and happy to resolve the issue.

Prompt service and excellent product

Prompt service and excellent product. We needed an exterior screen for our campervan and looked online. Found a deluxe screen, made in the UK and for much less money than others seen.
It is well made and fits well. It also comes with a very nice storage bag.

Great well made quality blinds

Great well made quality blinds, that don't cost the earth, especially for hard to find for vehicles like our discovery 2, do the job perfectly, customer service is second to none, would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone and will most deffo use again.

The Team @ F.L recently provided me with a five piece internal Thermal Cover Set and external Sun / Snow Screen cover for my Daf T244 Overland Truck.
The Quality and Fit Exceeds that of any alternatives and with these products being made in house they are happy to produce Bespoke items for specific needs.
Customer Service is Personal and backed up with Great Product Knowledge.
This is a company that greatly understands its customer base and how to Improve our Outdoor Adventures.

utterly disgraceful behaviour

Waited 3 weeks for a custom product that was stated they needed a week. To then the minute we complained the just refunded and to add insult to our injury they then also told us they would be listing for sale for someone else! DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR - AVOID!

Hi guys, it's a shame you felt the need to leave us not one but two 1* reviews :/ You requested that we make you a complete bespoke item just for yourself, we said we could do this for you however as we have already explained we did not say the screen cover will be ready within a week, we said we would need a week to begin work on this item (it being one of the busiest months of the year) you ordered the item on the Saturday 30th of May, today is the 10th of June so it has only been 8 working days since you purchased the bespoke item. We are only a small family run business and have a small team, we would have to cut this item by hand and then send it to our machinist michelle who would make it for you and then drop it back off to us so we can then send it to you. We made no such suggestions that this kind of bespoke item would be made and delivered to you within a week. While there were delays, we communicated with you throughout the process and did not intentionally mislead you at any stage.

Your messages became rude and the situation became unreasonable, so we felt that issuing a full refund was the most appropriate resolution. We did not state that we would be selling to another customer, simply that when the item is finished we will list it for sale again so you could purchase again when it's ready if you still wanted to.
We feel that most people ordering a bespoke hand made item would be understanding that it wouldn't be made and posted in under a week especially as we did not state this would be the case.

We try to go above and beyond for our customers and always try our best as you will see from our other reviews. I wish you all the best in finding another company who will make you a bespoke item by hand and delivered to you in a different country within a week :)

What an absolute disgrace of a “ small…

What an absolute disgrace of a “ small business “ … we spoke to them on a selling platform (something bay) .. they offered to make us a custom item and we asked them to look at Europe posting as we are in Europe on our travels. They agreed. Then they only offered us one type of courier which didn’t deliver where we were. So we ended up purchasing it and asking to send to a UK address and we would ship ourselves. Nearly 3 weeks has gone by from the messages but no item. They have marked it down as posted with dpd but did state no parcel was collected. When we opened a case they told us they needed a week to which at the time it had been 2 weeks. Nearly a week later still nothing so we messaged to say how upset we was with this service.
What I couldn’t believe was they replied within 5 minutes to our message telling us they have refunded the item and will be listing online for someone else!!!! Can you believe that! The utter disgrace of a seller to make us wait 3 weeks, mess us around for Europe posting, mess us around with a week here 3 weeks later then just Refund and we will offer someone else!!!! Absolutely appalling! Never will we place a penny in the hand of this seller ever again! BE WARNED TO EVERYONE !!! There are far better custom makers than this one. You have been WARNED.

I'm not sure what kind of service your were expecting but we are very shocked to find that you feel our service is 'disgraceful' as it is certainly not the kind of feedback we usually get for our bespoke service

Amazing screen cover for VW campervan

Bought a screen cover from our VW T6 campervan. Quick and easy to order and arrived promptly with no issues. Very pleased with it and would definitely recommend Fuel Lagoon to others - would also buy again from them.

Brilliant.

I've had such a brilliant experience with Fuel Lagoon. DPD delivered my parcel to the wrong address. Notified Fuel Lagoon and they were incredibly helpful and understanding. Thankfully DPD retrieved the parcel and delivered it to my address the following morning. Can highly recommend and would purchase from them again. Thank you.
