Reliable EN590 TTT Deal in Rotterdam – Very Satisfied Overall

Purchased EN590 10ppm via tank-to-tank at Rotterdam port with Fuel Oil Trade LLP.
Positives:

Responsive mandate and quick turnaround on POP after CI
Transfer procedure followed standard Rotterdam TTT protocol without surprises
Product met EN590 10ppm specifications on dip & injection
Fair pricing in the current ARA market

Only small drawback: initial paperwork round took slightly longer than quoted due to additional buyer-side compliance checks, but they resolved it professionally without holding up the deal.
Overall a clean transaction – much better experience than some other Kazakhstan-linked intermediaries we've dealt with. Will consider them for repeat volumes.
